The hotel only good location and near by railway station that’s it but room are not so clean wash room hot water not come and clean . I stay there for 3 days but they are not clean my room every day . Food are ok ok

Very horrible experience. The manager didn’t turnup to resolve or address our concern. Hotel didn’t provided hot water, instead Luke warm water is given. We were having a small baby of 10 months, still we have to manage hot water bath from eletric kettle. On forcefull request they provided luke warm water in paint bucket which is not at all acceptable. And said “ईससे ज़ादा गरम पानी नहीं मिलेगा, हमारे यहाँ सोलर है गीज़र नहीं” and hang up the call.

Liked · The location was excellent, literally within the premises of the railway station. The room was spacious and tolerably clean. Bathroom was also reasonably clean. Disliked · Starting from the experience at the front desk, staff seemed overwhelmed and incompetent. Basic amenities such as a kettle and tea coffee sachets were missing and required 3 reminders to be provided. Bathroom barely had any hot running water and seemed run down. There wasn't even a bath towel or toothbrush provided.

I would hesitate to book this hotel even if the alternative was sleeping on the station platform! Noisy, seriously unclean, and apparently slept in immedeatly before by previous guests! In it's favour the free WiFi did allow us to quickly and easily book into another hotel and leave quickly!

Good decent budgeted hotel, in the station premises just outside platform no 6 ( no where we will find such ) . No need of any vehicle . Just step in . Rooms are very spacious with all available required things but simple clean rooms .Breakfast was good . Restuarant has good but limited food . Overall experience at budgeted price is good . No worry of going to catch train . Just hop in

The service was good and the rooms were clean also the staff was helpful especially sanjay,abhijeet and himanshu.the ambience was also very nice and the room service was also very quick and helpful

Neat and clean room. Good reception service. Just near the railway station. There is less trains near platform 6, so i do not get disturbed by the railway engine noise as much. Complimentary Breakfast is also tasty and i enjoyed it.

Nice hotel and rooms are always clean. Only issue is their inhouse restaurant, food they are serving is something which almost no one can eat and they don't allow Zomato and Swiggy deliveries as well. Rest staff is very supportive. Also this hotel is just near to Railway Station so it is perfect for Comfortable stay specially if you have to catch late night train. It is Affordable as well, they charged me roughly around 2300 per night.

The room was very clean and well organised.Thanks for the good service Mr.jitendra was very kind and helpful to bring my stuffs which i forgot ... and very good customer service. Even tge receptionist were cooperative.
