The postmodern-style building appears to be about 30 years old, but it has been carefully maintained. It's old and looks a little dirty, but it has been cleaned. The only drawback is that it's small. I thought it was dangerous to have a microwave on top of the refrigerator and a kettle on top of that. The staff were all very kind and warm, which was nice.

Thank you for welcoming me so warmly on a pouring rain night when I returned soaking wet from watching a soccer game. I'll definitely come and stay again when there's a game in Iwaki.
