I was a little disappointed with the overall stay, the location to begin with was a little hidden and to leave the hotel we needed to walk up a hill or down a hill, the view from the rooms was bad the windows were super dirty anyway, you’ll find a hotels and buildings around you with no view or whatsoever and the light barely enters the suite. The service was so slow and we needed to keep ask for the bare minimum such as water everyday and toilet paper. Barely any amenities and the staff wasn’t super welcoming. The breakfast was the same for 5 days except once they changed the “main course” and there weren’t many options to begin with. I think it’s to safe to say I’d never book at this hotel again.

Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is a truly fabulous hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this establishment. The rooms are impressively spacious and very new, having been in operation for just a few months. Everything in the room was in perfect order, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness. The service at Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is exceptional. The staff are attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is generally good, though it could benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes. The location of the hotel is another significant advantage. Situated close to a Carrefour, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes, it provides convenient access to amenities and dining choices. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, which is a considerable benefit for those traveling by car. The apartment-like rooms are particularly well-suited for long stays, equipped with everything needed to make guests feel at home. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of dishwasher tablets and laundry powder alongside the dishwasher and washing machine. These small details demonstrate a commitment to guest comfort and convenience. It will be interesting to see how this hotel maintains its standards as it ages, but as of now, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana offers outstanding value for money. Whether you are staying for a short visit or an extended period, this hotel is an excellent choice that combines luxury, convenience, and top-notch service.

Hotel is brand new and clean. Big spacious apartments and perfect for families

Great but unfortunately Trip.com does not offer it to customers. Its location is behind me, opposite Hilton Bomonti, close to Sisli, but it is on a back street, a quiet neighborhood, and in a high area, and it is not easily recognized or discovered. Its downside is its high price, but it is the best hotel I have known, and I was angry that I did not discover it until one night. I blame Trip.com, which did not direct me to it. It puts very bad hotels in its location. It does not protect the customer's rights.

Room general move

From the moment you walk into the hotel you feel completely taken care of by all the staff. From the door man Sammy to Ahmet at the desk and Mehmet in the dining room. My bed was comfortable, a very clean room and daily breakfast was delicious. A spectacular view and everything was in working order. A small issue with the door lock was immediately taken care of and with great concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were at a conference across the street so the location was great for that and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

I am staying at the Arjaan Hotel by Rotana and having one of the best experiences of an outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculate. The amenities were top-notch, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. What stood out most was the exceptional service, includind Vakkas from Housekeeping Department, who was attentive , Vona, waiter at the Aterna Restaurant, Emrah the Chef of the Restaurant and the "iceing on the cake" is Mehmet abi, who is genuinely cared about my comfort with his dedication and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Arjaan by Rotana for anyone seeking a memorable getaway!

Our stay in the hotel is perfect. The breakfast in the Alterna restaurant is a delight- not only it is very delicious, but also there is a wide range of options for every taste. Special thanks to Vona who is more than polite, understanding and extremely helpful. We will be staying here again in the future for sure.

The place was great and cozy. There services was acceptable Kazmah and Aemrah were very helpful I would thank them to help and for there generous the welcoming us with a two cup of hot chocolate. I ordered a turkish tea only and they brought a small cake with the tea. I will come again

My family and i had a wonderful experience in rotana arjaan residence, they have the best staff ever especially Mr. Mehmet he is number ONE he is a very welcoming person he is so kind very helpful, and gorkem is very kind and helpful, yagmur is so sweet and very generous and polite, loving, caring. And Ercan is an amazing person and fast to help. All the staff are beautifully spirited and heart warming and we enjoyed the hotel and i will come back to it again.
