This was the best hotel experience of my life. My fiancée and I came here for celebrate our engagement and we have been absolutely impressed by the top-notch quality of everything at JW Marriott. I want to mention in particular the kindness and professionalism of every single staff member. You guys are amazing, thank you for making these days memorable!

It's a bit far from the old town, and it takes an hour by taxi, but the environment is very good, comfortable and cost-effective

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, with free parking on the third floor below ground. The two restaurants downstairs of the hotel (one Turkish restaurant, one Japanese and Korean restaurant, Michelin) are also very delicious and are a good place to dine.

The room is nice, the pool is nice. But the facilities are really average and old to be honest. The price is not worthy of this facility. The sea view is indeed OK, but the location is very bad. If you want to visit the old town, the round trip fee is 200+ RMB. In addition, there is no food nearby. The Michelin restaurant downstairs is expensive and not delicious. The only good thing is that the breakfast is 35 euros, and the self-service can be packed. In general, there is no need to stay here. In addition, a small episode occurred. When checking in, a deposit is required. The hotel swipes the card, but the hotel must insert a chip card, and then said that there is a problem with my card and it cannot be swiped. At that time, there was no cash, which delayed at least 2 hours. Later, I contacted the credit card customer service and they said it was completely normal. I went to the mall to try to swipe the card for consumption and it was normal. Then I told the front desk that the front desk swipe was successful. Otherwise, if you go out to exchange currency, the Hong Kong dollar exchange rate will be directly 2.85 (the credit card exchange rate is 4.1), which is basically half off. It is completely cheating and very unpleasant.

The shower in the room was broken, the curtains were broken too, and the shower should not have been broken for one or two days, it looked like it had been broken for a long time, and we were not allowed to check the room when we checked in, so such an obvious problem occurred!!! Because I was with my child, I couldn't change the room in the early morning and had to make do with it for one night. I changed the room the next day, but the curtains were still broken and could not be opened, and could only be closed automatically! 😮💨

It was beautiful. I watched the sea view from the balcony every night. One night I saw fireworks from the cruise ship. Istanbul has beautiful natural scenery, pleasant climate, and a good hotel environment. It was grand and elegant, especially the sea view. I experienced the poet's mood of "the moon rises from the sea and the world is at the same time". I sighed at the natural scenery. The mobile phone does not show one tenth of the real scenery.

Facilities: They all look new, and the design style is more suitable for young people. The backyard has a beautiful view of the sea. Service: The service is first-class and any problems can be solved in time.
