Frequently at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located and really friendly staff.

The hotel is near to Sultanahmet tramvay, my favourite location to stay in Istanbul.

Not recommended The hotel location being nearby to touristic spot is the only good thing about it. the staff are worst specially the manager erdal .. they yell at customers if you just want them to cooperate on something. i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. there are more options than this at the same rate. after all dignity is worth more than anything

Can't beat the location of this hotel. Small room size aside, the staff and service was great. Rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided everyday, breakfast is a delicious selection and the view from the terrace is just amazing. We dealt directly with the hotel for our booking, no agents and Erdal at reception was amazing arranging eveything, transfers and even offered an upgrade to a bigger room. Turkish hamam was also recommended and arranged with an authentic hamam dating back to 1800s. Shops, restaurants, tram and attractions literally a stone throw away. We felt very happy with our choice to stay here and highly recommend it.

Nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Centrally located on a fairly quiet side street. Relatively extensive breakfast buffet. At least in our room (202) the mattresses were medium-firm and very comfortable. Very good for the reasonable price. We would come again.

Terrible, we arrived in the evening and not even the restaurants next door could tell the taxi driver the location, of course it's in the basement, cleanliness: dirty, scary carpets in the room how dirty and old they are, dilapidated awnings, when I turned on the hairdryer it flew everything, a lot of noise, air conditioning on the bed that shoots in your face. So don't use it. They have NEVER loaded the fridge with drinking water, I mean NEVER! They couldn't find worse than this. All that is saved is the very very comfortable position.

Booked through an agency, they tell us that the location is excellent and in fact it is close to the main attractions of Sulthanameth: Saint Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Toptaki palace and the Grand Bazaar... the Cistern was closed unfortunately... Upon arrival the taxi driver could not find the 'hotel... let's get off to a bad start... small, oppressive room with a single king size bed (there are 2 of us) one side attached to a dirty and old curtain, on the other side a worn carpet full of mites. The bathroom without a light. I forgot... we are on the first floor, practically the ground floor, as the entrance is in a "basement"... in short we hear everything, we live the street in our own room. Note: they never added water to the fridge and on the third and last day they didn't even add toilet paper. I can only say one thing: disgusting.

L'hotel è un po' datato e il bagno non è il massimo però ha una posizione eccellente. Letto comodissimo e stanza molto silenziosa. La colazione è servita nella terrazza coperta,accessibile tramite scale. La stanza è piccola ma essenziale.
