Excellent location. Close to major attractions and public transport (tram, train and Marmaray).  All the staff we met are very friendly and accommodating especially Edris, Leila and others.  A small hotel in an old building with character. However as with many of the old buildings it does not have an elevator. Our room was on the 5th (top) floor.  Not an issue if you are fit and can walk up the stairs. The hotel is also a slight uphill walk.  Breakfast was very good with a very reasonable selection of cheeses, hot / cold dishes choice of beverages and even Turkish tea and coffee.

Super lovely hotel! The receptionists are friendly, especially Huseyin. The location is good really close to St. Sophia church. I enjoyed the breakfast and Turkish coffee as well. The room is cozy and clean. Ten out of ten.

We are a family of 4 people, two adults, two teenage children. We were in Istanbul for 2 days with an excursion program. We lived in a family 4-bed room on the top floor. The hotel is an excellent location within walking distance from all major attractions. It is very comfortable. We spent the whole day walking around the center of Istanbul, riding along the Bosphorus, managed to see all the main locations. There are many restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel The large window of the room offers a view of the Blue Mosque. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. All basic amenities include. Through the hotel reception, we ordered a Shuttle to Sabiha Getchen Airport with an early departure at 5 am. The staff is friendly and attentive. We recommend this hotel for families and a guided tour of the center of Istanbul.

The place is very convenient and comfortable to live in, and it is extremely convenient to visit the old town.

The hotel is in the old town, with a very good location. It is only about 200 meters away from attractions such as the Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern, and can be reached on foot. There are buses and taxis to go out, which is very convenient. After dinner, you can go to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque for a stroll and see the night view. The room was arranged on the fourth floor, and it was tiring to carry the luggage upstairs. The room is relatively small, and the bathroom is also relatively small. Although it is not spacious, it does not affect the living. The breakfast is average, not very rich, but it is acceptable. The hotel is in a small alley and can be found by navigation, but there is no parking space. There is a paid parking lot nearby. The front desk staff is quite enthusiastic and answers all questions. I booked on the xc platform and checked in on October 14. Because it was very close to the Hagia Sophia, I felt that it was too convenient to travel. I stayed for another day on the 15th. I paid the room fee at the front desk without bargaining. The room fee was about the same as xc. I returned to China on the 16th. The front desk helped me call a taxi, and I had to bargain for the taxi.

The bathroom and other facilities were very clean, and the owner was very polite. Also, the location was great, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the bazaar, and it was very cheap compared to other hotels, which was a big help.

The location is great. It's convenient and close to everything. However, there was a lot of mold in the shower room and the door didn't close properly so the water got sticky. But everything else was good. Breakfast was also delicious.

I really liked the location. The hotel is beautiful, cozy, several rooms, good Wi-Fi, 24-hour water, tea, coffee, responsiveness and friendliness, there were Russian-speaking administrators, they will tell you everything. Breakfast is delicious, buffet. There was no closet in the room, but in general it did not spoil anything for 1 night.

I could see the Blue Mosque from the window of the room I stayed in. But I could also hear the prayer songs coming from before dawn. It was a bit noisy. On the first night, the toilet in my room had a door due to structural problems. It opened to the outdoors. But the sealing was very poor, and the toilet was as cold as an ice cellar. I talked to the staff and changed the room. But the air conditioner in this room was broken, and the temperature was not high even with the heater. It was still cold. The staff told me that it was too late and could only be solved the next day. I couldn't sleep all night. It was not until ten o'clock the next day that another staff member came and solved the problem for me. I changed to a room with a normal toilet, air conditioner, and heater. After returning to China, I complained to Ctrip. Ctrip refunded me half of the room fee for the first night. Although I was not very satisfied, I didn't want to deal with it anymore. The hotel has four floors at the top. There is no elevator. The staff will help with the luggage.

The location is very good, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Archaeological Museum, etc. are all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel facilities are a bit simple, but the service is very good, and the price is beyond expectations.

I stayed in a standard single room for 4 nights. The hotel is located in the center of the Sultanahme district, yet the price is very reasonable and the rooms are clean. All the staff were friendly to me. The facilities are basic, but there were no defects and I had no problems. It would have been better if there was a chair, even if it was small, in the room.
