Great location, hotels door open at taksim! Breakfast could be more better but it’s not bad

3rd time staying here when coming to Istanbul.Taksim area. Comfortable.Good staffs.Clean and Safe hotel. Beautiful view form the room,also Great location.near to public transport. A little disappointed because buffet breakfast is not at the rooftop restaurant,due to the weather. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

TV wasn't working as it should ..room cleaning not good ..location fantastic..price a little bit exp..over all not bad

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. It’s very convenient as it is really right at Taksim Square, not on one of the little side streets. Everything is right nearby. Restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, cafes. The rooms are decorated in a rustic style. Breakfast was good. Staff is also kind and helpful.

Environment: The hotel is about 300 meters from the exit of Taksim Metro Station, and is also very close to the airport bus. There is a bustling commercial district nearby, but the hotel entrance is a little inconspicuous, and I almost didn't find it when I checked in. Sanitation: Very clean, no odor in the room and bathroom, clean and tidy beds, and the carpet doesn't feel dirty. Service: I arrived early and wanted to store my luggage and check in later, but the front desk took the initiative to let me check in early and helped me carry my luggage to the room. Later, I accidentally lost the room card and didn't ask me to compensate. However, the room supplies were not ideal. Drinking water and toothbrush sets need to be asked for by the front desk or the cleaner. The shower gel and shampoo that looks very cheap are used for bathing. Other supplies There are few types, the shower head is not easy to adjust, but there are no corresponding instructions Facilities: Overall, it is quite old. I felt that the air conditioner was a bit overheated, but after consulting the front desk, I was told that the air conditioner could not be adjusted and could only be turned off. There was a window but it could only be opened a little bit. The shower room was a bit cramped and it was easy to hit the door when turning around. The door of the room was also a bit out of repair and needed to be closed with force. The main light switch in the room was set very unreasonably at the back of the bed. I hit the switch twice to turn on the light when I slept at night In general, the experience is still quite good.
