The bathroom was not cleaned. Since there was no elevator and the stairs were wooden, they made excessive noise. We couldnt sleep.

Amazing hotel in the heart of taksim. Accessible to loads of restaurants and shopping areas. Great staff working at the hotel and super accommodating.

Near to taksem street. Location is very good for the travelers.

The service is very satisfactory. The leftover barbecue can be put in the refrigerator and heated up in the microwave downstairs the next day. It is delicious! Next time I go to Istanbul, I will choose this hotel again!

The entrance of the hotel is very small, about the width of a room. There are only two rooms on the first floor. You can hear footsteps when someone goes upstairs, but fortunately, everyone doesn't go out much. The location of the hotel is very good. I booked a suite with a small living room outside, which is quite spacious. But the window of the room is right next to the balcony of the neighbor nearby, so there is basically no window to ventilate. The hygiene of the room is OK, but the check-in is a bit slow. There are also some small travel accidents: when checking in, because the plane arrived too early, although I sent an email, I couldn't check in early, so I went to the New Palace to play, but it rained heavily and I was soaked. I went back to the hotel to take a shower, and then found that the hair dryer was broken. Later, they said that they bought a new one that day, but they were not sure whether it would arrive, but our hair was wet and we couldn't sleep, so at my request, we went to another empty room to dry our hair. In the end, I stayed for three days and two nights, and the hair dryer was still not replaced, and the bedside lamp was also broken and could fall off at any time.

Our room was just behind reception and consisted of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed wasn't ideal at night as you could hear conversations from reception. The room is designed for three people but we would only recommend it for two people. The small courtyard, which acts like a private balcony, was a plus - only accessible from the room and ideal for smokers. Cleanliness was OK but not for allergy sufferers. Toilet paper was available on request, towels were not changed in three nights. There was free coffee and bottled water at reception which was a nice service. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but bearable. The location is a big plus: close to Taksim Square, the airport buses and plenty of shops and restaurants (with rather touristy prices). Suitable for short trips, overall a solid hotel with minor weaknesses but an excellent location.

The location is excellent. You can walk to the shopping street. The quilt was stained, but we brought our own disposable quilt covers, so it didn't affect us much. This time we were on the 3rd floor and there were only stairs. If you have too much luggage or your family comes from here, it might be a problem. Not very suitable

All the front desk staff I met had very good attitudes. It was the best hotel in Turkey. The uncle at the front desk on the first night didn't speak much English, but he was very patient and had a very good attitude during the entire communication with the translator. The front desk helped us make a reservation. Shipping to the airport is also very affordable. The room was very clean and tidy.

Excellent Location Top Staff Very Clean

Overall, the room facilities and hygiene were pretty good. Unfortunately, while waiting for pick-up for 5 minutes after checking out, my daughter wanted to go back to the room to use the bathroom but was refused. She was really speechless😓

It's clean and close to Istiral Street, but there's no elevator.
