It is an average hotel and in comparison to its age room furnitures, amenities and the overall condition of the hotel is surprisingly look old and worn. There is a general issue with the water drain in bathrooms and even your room is in non smoking floor, there is a constant smoking smell. The floor attendants and cleaners do a good job but it doesn't change the final status. Another issue is pricing, it flactuates a lot. I paid the highest amount for the days I stayed but I had one of the worst rooms at that time. At the same time other customers who paid a lot less then me had a corner suit room. I expect a better management approach for this kind of cases like upgrading the room for free and providing credits. If you have options prefer other hotels unless you definetely need the location or another thing for a reason.

Lovely hotel, though the price is a bit high for Turkiye. Absolutely exceptional staff! Had such a great time conversing with several of the concierge and the pool staff. All extremely friendly and going out of their way to help you by all means. Very attentive, helped us with a last minute airport transfer request and stayed with us the entire time while we waited for the cab. The housekeeping is wonderful, they did not bother us at all and always seemed to come exactly while we were away (we would leave for lunch sometimes and come back to a clean room, which was nice). The indoor pool was a little cold, though mind you it was around 17°C in Istanbul at night. You are required to wear a swimming cap to swim in the pool, if you do not have one you can buy one for about 70 liras iirc. Rooms are not well soundproofed, could hear everything going on in the hallway which was a bit bothersome at night. We did not have the breakfasts but room service is very reasonably priced. Security smiles at you with every entrance and exit :) Thank you for the stay, will definitely stay here again if we are in the city!

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room was comfy but had minor flaws (e.g. shower didn’t drain properly). The location was half way between Istanbul city center and the SAW airport. All in all worth the money but no 5 star hotel, at least in my books. I can still recommend it to others.

Actually, it is one of the hotels we always prefer, but this time the tables and bar tops were not cleaned. Also, when we left, we ate from the bar in our room; asking for 500 TL for 60 gr. chips, which is 40 TL in the market, is robbery in our opinion! The location is good and the room price is reasonable.

The room is big, the bed is big, the facilities are good, there are many restaurants around, and it's a 25-minute walk from the mall. However, the mall is very low-end for Chinese people, so there's no need to go shopping. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi signal is very weak

In general, the hotel was nice, only there were stains on the carpet regarding cleanliness, other than that it was good.

The hotel is in a good location and the room is clean, but the toilet and shower are too small and a bit inconvenient. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym which is also OK
