The staff at reception especially the female one we met on arrival, she is nice & very helpful. Her English is the best !! We have a very difficult time communicate with Turkish people, they rarely speak English even in the airport or 5 stars hotel in town. I’m glad we booked this hotel.

Quite new hotel with modern room, very clean. Friendly staff. The huge minus - no soundproofing! Absolutely. Absolutely NO. You will hear the neighbors from the left, right, from upper floor. The door from the corridor to the elevator hall claps every 1-2 minutes! And you will clearly hear not only the door on your floor, but the same doors clapping from the upper and lower floors too. It is hard to get in hotel with public transport (about 1 hour from IST), but no public transport at night time at all. Meanwhile it takes 10 min ride by taxi, you can order Uber. Do not expect wow effect from breakfast (I’m surprised why all the comments about breakfast are fabulous). It is better than in most Turkish hotels, but from my European point of view (subjective opinion), I’ll won’t pay for that again.

They made a huge mess with my booking. As me and my daughter were going to arrive at the hotel around 7am after a 13hr flight, I booked the night before as well to make sure the room w’d be ready when we arrive, even emailed the hotel to let them know, and paid for a better room. When we arrived they put us in a cheaper room so I complained and they said if we want to go to our room we w’d have to wait as it was not going to be ready till 9:30am when the room supposed to be ready the day before.That’s is unacceptable and show how messy this place is. When asked the lady at the reception what happened, she didn’t even looked at my face and only said she had no idea and nothing she could do and I had to wait til 9:30. Overall, an average 3 star hotel. Very cheap, so you get what you pay for basically. Rooms are very dark and small can barely open one luggage. Think in the booking it said 26 square meters, but it’s definitely not, w’d say it’s less then 20. The boys that help to carry the luggage are very nice and helpful and the restaurant staff too. But the lady (actually didn’t get her name, is the one with glasses) from the reception had such and arrogant attitude. Not helpful at all, anything you ask her she will barely answer and don’t even make eye contact. She talked with me looking at the computer, such a weird attitude. She definitely needs to be trained to work with customer service. Breakfast not worth the cost. Lots of packed food like cookies, wafers. They have black coffee but if you want another type of coffee they will charge you extra. Pillows are hard and very uncomfortable. So if you coming from a long flight, you probably will have a really bad sleep. If you can pay a little bit extra to stay in another hotel , do it, and don’t regret it like I did.

It is approximately 15mins away from Airport. Taxi cost about 400 Lira. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Mr Batu. All staff speak good English. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Room size is ok but toilet may be a bit tight. Shower is good. Room are not clean daily unless the 'clean room tag' is display on the door. Need to ask for rooms facing back of hotel if you want a quiet room as front facing is noisy (facing main road). There are restaurants nearby walking approx 5-10mins away. Will be back next time.

Hotel is clean and tidy. The coordination is also very good, especially if you opt for the airport pickup.

The location advertised as an airport hotel, but you have to take a shuttle to get to airport (where they charge an absurd amount of money). The rooms are clean but extremely tiny and bare. The service was good, people were extremely nice. Breakfast basically inedible.

My recent hotel stay was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location was convenient, close to major attractions, yet provided a serene and relaxing environment. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Washroom is smelly, and the restaurant don’t know if the breakfast is included or not, everything only acceptable, not good

Didn't like it too much , as probably the communication was not good.

Very small room but renovated While I was taking a shower I found there was run out of shampoo. My husband went down to the office to get a shampoo Airport shuttle they charged 20 euro but right on time it came(4am in the morning)and very fancy car like a limo Worth it

Close to airport area, good breakfast ... we recommend for people who have a flight connection

Nice place for a short stay. Near the airport and it takes only 10 minutes to get there. Room was clean and had everything you need. I also ordered some meals from the menu and it was pretty good. Thank you!

A bit remote in a hilly part of the area. Hotel had a bar but didn’t serve alcohol. No markets in area sold any. I ordered a Chicken curry meal, €13, I was served a plate of Pasta with a cream sauce and minute bits of what - I will give them the benefit of doubt chicken. I queried that there was no taste of curry but I was assured that’s what they served as Chicken curry. I also had a can of Coke at €3. I didn’t eat my meal and no one queried why. Room and bathroom good, English spoken and staff very helpful. English speaking channels advertised on TV but only one obtainable
