Hilton Hotels in Istanbul

Everything was good but I neglected to putting my AirPod into the safe box and unfortunately it is gone ! No one to blame ! Just don’t think you are at the Hilton and it is safe .

I can't say I stay in a proper Hotel. This hotel holds the name of the Hilton but it was a terrible experience. The first problem is the bathroom. Shower equipment was broken, it was very hard to maintain the water temperature and pressure. The design of the bathtubs-shower combination was horrible. You need to step up into the bath tube and it is so dangerous. The breakfast was very good but the coffee and tea were terrific. A good hotel can't buy an automatic espresso machine. They were serving low quality instant coffee. And I couldn't even drink a proper Turkish tea. Location is not bad and the city view was avarage.

Great day at the pool. Rooms were big and had a balcony. Older styled room. Pool was good. Life guards were there the whole time. Good service and lovely staff at the pool and reception area. My five stars goes mainly to the front desk staff and the manager Abdullah Yilmaz, who I can say is a genius in customer service and hospitality. He is professional and perfect in keeping the the customers loyal to the brand , if i can say the room design was not at my expectations however he made every possible effort to make me satisfied, i do recommend this hotel and i do recommend him to be a brand manager . As a captain i travel all over the world, its very rarely to meet a manager like him.

The actual room amenities is differ from what posted, however after complaint, hotel agreed to make changes to another room. Room toilet is with unpleasant smell, after complaint, the cleaner come to clean and solve the problem. The service is not up to 5 star. Breakfast food choices are limited.

no need to say a word about the hotel but it is ridiculous that you need to pay for parking! beverage price in the room is rip off! staff that controls the parking exit has no clue what they do, they lowered the barrier very late and cause me crashed my car's bumpers and nobody cares!

The house is very clean. It is directly connected to Istanbul Shopping Center. The hotel customer service is very polite and enthusiastic. The house is also very big. The dishes ordered in the room are super delicious and not expensive. I will stay here again next time I come.
