Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The first floor of the hotel is under renovation. It smells like decoration. The corridor outside also smells like new decoration. The room is okay. I don't know if it's a communication problem. When a friend came over at night, the front desk wouldn't let him go up, and he couldn't pick him up when he came down. It seemed like he had to pay extra.

Room service is available, and 6 bottles of water are provided every day. The current price of breakfast is 800 liras, but basically the food is the same every day. It is recommended to choose a package with breakfast when staying in autumn and winter, because this period is the rainy season in Istanbul, and there will be strong winds and heavy rains comparable to typhoon days from time to time. There are 3 large shopping malls nearby, which is super convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is only a 1-minute walk from Levent Metro Station. It is very convenient to go to Bebek or Taksim.

What a fantastic hotel in a great location . Near the blue mosque and grand bazaar both within walking distance . Bed was comfortable and room a decent size . Staff were very helpful and a quick response when something needed . Lots of places to eat nearby around the surrounding streets & a good breakfast provided by the hotel with good selection of cold and hot options .

We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

Very bad reception staff and they do not respect the traveler, neither at reception nor at departure, when they call you in the room for departure time , they speak in the form of an order, and most importantly when the call ends, they hang up without a word.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during my quick holiday in Istanbul. Here is my first impression: What I liked: - good location. close to the city center and close to the public transport - good breakfast - the hotel has a pool and a sauna in the basement - the hotel is very clean and the service is good. What I didn't like: - the Wifi network is a complete disaster. If you stay at this hotel, you can simply forget about internet. The speen was so horrendously slow that I gave up and went to nearby restaurants to use the wifi - the bed wasn't confortable. The mattress is bouncing too much. - the pool has so much chlorine that you can't swim for more than 1-2 min.

I write an honest review about the hotel in Istanbul-Instanbul Royal Hotel. On 4* the hotel is not pulled, only 3*! - From good: only the location and cleaning every day, but the cleaning starts from 8 a.m. and the cleaners speak very loudly and wake up. Good location - not far from the subway and tram. There are cafes, restaurants and local dining rooms where they are not badly cooked. It is also good that they don't hear Moleben from the street that they have singing to the whole city from 6:30 a.m. - From the downsides - very much heard all the neighbors in the room!!! Also if someone smokes from the neighbors - you will feel good at your room!!! Tomorrow is awful and a shipyard - every day is the same: a raw egg, cut by two types of cheese, soy sausage of one species, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot and salad leaves, yoghurt local type iran and awful soup. Coffee at all, two kinds of jupi jupi. Not tasteful at all. There are a lot of African-Americans in the hotel and the area. You can't sleep in this hotel unless you sleep under the TV and sleep quietly under the noise.
