We are also at the bike trail head to Dana Point Harbor. Our home is also just a 5 minute drive to downtown San Clemente, where you can dine, shop, and enjoy the quaint Del Mar Avenue or you could head to the famous San Clemente Pier and Fisherman's restaurant (also a 5 minute ride away). The Ole Hanson Beach Club and public pool is a 5 minute walk. There are several parks within walking distance. The outlet mall is less than a 5 minute drive away. You are a short car ride from world class Trestles and San Onofre beaches.Guest access-Front Main HouseOther things to note-The relaxing beach house is a stand alone structure. It sits on a 4,300 sq ft lot.It is located along the front of the property when standing at the street. The firepit and seating areas are located in the front of the home. There is a 2 car garage and adu at the back of the property with separate entrance.
