"The geographical location is superior and the surrounding life is convenient. It is only a ten-minute drive from the city center. There are abundant dining and entertainment options nearby, making transportation convenient. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the staff is warm and friendly, and the service is professional, making people feel at home. There is a small park next to it where you can take a walk after dinner.
The only small regret is that there is a smell in the room, which I personally don't like. I hope the hotel can strengthen the ventilation and air management of the room in the future."

"Hotel location, facilities are good, breakfast is also available, there are many restaurants nearby, it should have been a good experience, but very depressed is the hotel booked in Ctrip in advance, but also paid the full amount, but because of Ctrip, the hotel I re-debited my credit card for two days (290💲). After unintentionally discovering and communicating with Ctrip twice, I said that I had communicated with the hotel and I would not charge any more. As a result, the hotel had to deduct the fee when checking out. After spending more than an hour of repeated communication, it was found that Ctrip’s problem was not communicated with the hotel. I paid almost 320💲 on the Internet; Ctrip paid only 200&# to the hotel. 128178;, so the hotel has to charge. Finally, I made a lot of calls before I contacted Ctrip, saying that I would pay for it first (70💲) and then return it to me! It’s an unforgettable experience. I hope that Ctrip will not happen again in the future. And I don't know when the hotel will return the credit card from the credit card deduction!"

"The hotel room is spacious, has a kitchen, and the bathroom has been renovated and has good sanitary facilities. The breakfast is average. To park, you have to park in the paid parking lot next to it. It costs 10 dollars to stay overnight."

GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Peregrine hotel in downtown Omaha! It's such a cute, modern boutique hotel with lots of character and an art-deco-inspired feel. Our room was very quiet, cozy and tucked away with a gorgeous view of the Peregrine courtyard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated little touches like the Nespresso machine, plush robes, and a welcome screen on the TV. Service was consistently great—friendly staff at the front desk, prompt valet, and a quick check-in process. I didn’t dine in the on-site restaurant (The Habitat), but I did enjoy the rooftop bar (The Takeoff), which had great cocktails and a relaxed vibe with amazing skyline views. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and would definitely go back!

GGuest UserTh Hotel was great. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our event of The Murder/Mystery Dinner that was held there, was also, top notch! If I had to pick anything that disturbed us, which wasn't The Hotel's fault was , the homeless guy shouting at us with tatoos on his face from the intersection while leaving. Looks as if there's a ”camp” or something growing by the 72nd and Grover area. Luckily for Omaha, the bridge construction has ceased traffic in this area to give ”the un-housed” time for Satanic cardboard artwork and language classes for ”speaking in tongues”. Overall, it was great night.

BBjfigProperty staff was very kind, prompt to any requests, for a small staff, they do superb work to keep the location cleanly, up and running, nice, quiet location tucked in the corner a few miles away from the interstate. Definitely 4/5 stars, fair pricing, offer a nice suite, upgraded suite inclusive with a fireplace, breakfast exactly what it states on the website. Pictures from the hotel websites add up pretty well. Easily accessible gym, pool, on site laundry, etc. Fair pricing for a nice business travel.

GGuest UserNot sure what cleaning solution is used to wipe down surfaces but it was unbearable and so strong it was nauseating. It reminded me of the horrendous cleaner used during covid. The entire hotel wreaked of it. Most would say at lease you knownthey are cleaning but it was too much!
