"Traveling abroad with my parents and child, my biggest worries – language, food, and safety – were all resolved here. After staying, I have only one feeling: it was incredibly worth it! The biggest surprise was that the restaurant actually offered authentic Chinese food and hotpot! My mom said after the first night, ”It tastes even better than what we eat back home.” She ordered hotpot for three consecutive nights; the broth was rich, the ingredients fresh, and nothing felt subpar. My child also ate happily, and I no longer had to worry about the elderly or the child going hungry. The hotel is in a prime downtown location. After dinner, our family would take a stroll, and within a few minutes, we'd reach several bustling food streets, brightly lit and full of people. Walking with my parents and child felt completely safe. The room was newly renovated and astonishingly clean – the floors were spotless, the bathroom glass was so shiny it reflected like a mirror, and the towels were snow-white and fluffy. The linens were changed promptly every day. Wyndham's brand standards truly live up to their reputation. The service was impeccable. The front desk's Chinese-speaking staff were attentive and thoughtful from start to finish, even proactively helping us plan our itinerary and recommending attractions. This was by far the most satisfying stay our family has had in recent years! I highly recommend it to all friends bringing their families to Thailand! 💯 When I travel alone, safety and location are my top criteria for choosing a hotel. This one is in the city center, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. I wasn't afraid to go out for a late-night snack alone, as several food stalls were just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel lobby had staff on duty 24 hours, and someone would greet me even when I returned late. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was incredibly clean, and everything was neatly arranged, clearly showing that housekeeping takes their job seriously. Female solo travelers can book with confidence."
