"The hotel is in a great location within a national park. The pool villas have a great view of the maraya. You can get a campfire going to relax outside at night. The rock pool is great as well, but very far from reception (5 min on a buggy). The hotel needs more buggies as they can take a long time. Breakfast was great. Dinner at harrat restaurant was good overall except for the porterhouse steak which was way overcooked."

"I'd give the hotel I stayed at, alula, a 3 overall. The location was okay, with convenient dining and shopping nearby, and the room was reasonably clean. However, the service was lacking. Perhaps due to the large number of guests, the check-in process took almost half an hour, and even the wait for a bottle of water from the room service was quite long. The most inconvenient thing was that few staff members spoke Chinese, so asking for directions required gestures and translation software, which was quite a hassle. It would have been much better if the hotel had fewer people and if there was Chinese service."

"Very special experience! We stayed there for one night, and there was dinner available until late at night. Breakfast was also available on order, which was healthier than white people. The air conditioner was quite noisy, but it was clean and tidy, and it was ok for one night. It was nice to take pictures near the van! You can walk around the entire camp, and there are shuttle buses to take you back and forth. There is a starry sky at night, and there are open-air movies. "The hotel did not have a tourist map or guide to Alula, and self-driving was difficult: 1. I didn't know how to get to Hegra, North gate? South gate? Navigation was difficult. Later I learned that 375...9200...70 2. There were no business hours for the attractions. I arrived at Elephant Rock at 13:00 and it said it would open at 16:00. I arrived at Hegra at 15:40 and it was closed. International hotels have tourist brochures and maps, etc. Tour groups are fine, but independent travel is difficult. I hope this will be improved."

"Full score experience! This is the most intimate ”home” I have encountered in the desert Because it is a group with Banyan Tree, all public facilities are shared with Banyan Tree AlUla! This is the first time I have encountered this efficiency and intimate level. After the check-in, the whole journey was taken by the golf cart. I was worried about the inconvenience. As a result, every time I called the car, it was super timely. I must arrive within 10 minutes. I don't have to wait at all. The most moving thing is that although I travel alone, the staff treat me as a friend as enthusiastic. I don't feel lonely throughout the whole process, but I feel super belonging. It is not the ”value of this trip”. • Food: Thai restaurant fried rice sprays fragrant, eggplant sauce is directly sealed; the seafood pasta in the full-time restaurant is also super flavorful, not even eating for two nights. • Bonfire and Galaxy: The bonfire activity at night is amazing! Looking up around the bonfire is the clear galaxy, I finally took the most clear galaxy photo in my life, and my happiness is bursting. • Free pick-up: The hotel also provides a free car to take me to the mirror concert hall, and I can't speak to see the beautiful building up close. Finally, I have to mention that my English is not very good, and many times I can't express it clearly, but the staff are super patient, a little guessing my needs, the whole process did not make me any embarrassment.
