The location is next to wctc. Shopping is very convenient. The hotel staff have very good service attitude. The only drawback is that I booked a sea view room, but I was assigned a city view room.

Location: - Far from the city center. - Tucked away in a residential area (among private homes). - The surroundings are dark at night. - Very quiet. - In the morning, you can hear roosters crowing from afar. Facilities: - Newly opened, less than a year old, so it's new and clean. - A small shop (food, drinks) on the ground floor, open from 7 am to 7:30 pm. - Five rooms and a kitchen are on the second floor, accessed by climbing the stairs next to the building. - Each room is entered from an outdoor corridor. - The kitchen is also accessed from an outdoor corridor. - The kitchen key is provided along with the room key. - No stove in the kitchen, only a microwave. - Refrigerator (no freezer compartment). Amenities: - The room isn't large, but it has everything you need. - Air conditioning, bed. - Wi-Fi (connection can sometimes be unstable). - In-room shower and toilet. - Washbasin (kitchen sink type) and mirror. - Kettle, dishes, cutlery. - Various sized towels, disposable toothbrushes. - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap (provided). - An information file containing necessary details like a city sightseeing guide and bus stop map. Transportation: - About a 30-minute walk from the accommodation to the city center. - The nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away. - No need to cross a main road; the bus stop is along the street. - Buses only run during the day, approximately once an hour. - Considering a round trip, it's not very convenient. - From the nearest bus stop to the city center supermarket: - About 3-4 minutes by bus. - About 15 minutes on foot. - (Only one bus route). - Buses are said to have a uniform fare of $1 for almost the entire area, but signs inside the bus state $2 for visitors. - You just drop cash into a box next to the driver. - The buses are small, 15-seater vehicles. I arrived late at night (via Philippine Air), but they accommodated my late check-in. Although they initially said 24-hour service wasn't available, the owner kindly waited for me at the entrance of the accommodation. I also requested airport transfer when booking. Upon exiting the airport, the transfer service person was waiting with a sign with my name on it (paid $30 cash directly to the driver). After checking out, I asked the supermarket staff below the room, and they kindly held my luggage until 7:30 pm, which was a great help (this might have been possible because the supermarket owner happened to be there when I asked). If you don't mind not having an ocean view or a central location, and are looking for something half the price of city center accommodations, this place offers excellent value for money. You can stay in a private room for the same price as, or even less than, a city center dormitory.

Close to the national museum, the resort consists of various buildings with restaurant, Jacuzzi, pool and reception can speak English. Staff is so-so from English level. In general rooms are comfy and provide a decent amount of amenities. Reception also helps with tours and offers a ”taxi service”.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and help answer many questions and send postcards. The location is also very good. The room that needs improvement is that the room is a bit simple and does not match the price. Breakfast is a buffet, but it is very simple. It is not recommended to pay extra. All in all, I will stay at the Resort at this price next time. 

Even when my flight was suddenly canceled, they kindly responded by messaging me in real time. There are many restaurants around, but there is a shared kitchen with everything you need, so you can buy ingredients and cook your own meals. There is a well-ventilated area just outside where you can dry your diving equipment, and it is covered so you can leave it there without worrying about sudden rain. If I come to Palau again, I will definitely use their services, and I will recommend them to my friends.

Excellent location, private beach, convenient travel, good hardware and software, staff service attitude is also very good, restaurant food is also good, suitable for the whole family to travel in Palau first choice hotel, it is recommended!

Old but well cleaned. Location is central. Reasonably priced for a stay in Koror. Perfect for a business stay. For a vacation, I would choose another.

The perfect base for a trip to Palau, this hotel is a steal! The Palau Holiday Inn is an absolute gem for Koror accommodations. From check-in to check-out, everything was truly delightful. First, let's talk about the breathtaking ocean view. Our Deluxe Ocean View room opened its window to the luminous blue Pacific Ocean. That ”glass sea” truly felt like a fairytale scene. The room was incredibly spacious, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a well-appointed wet and dry area, and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The location is fantastic: a 5-minute walk to downtown Koror, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to WCTC Supermarket and Long Causeway Park, making daily commuting a breeze. The service and dining were truly exceptional. The staff spoke Chinese, making communication seamless, and their friendly smiles greeted us throughout the entire stay. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and even more worry-free, the hotel arranged our sailing excursions directly, making it a much more reliable and cost-effective option than booking them outside. For over 1,000 per person, this quality accommodation is truly exceptional value in Palau. I have recommended this hotel to friends who are going to Palau. During the peak season, you must book 1-2 months in advance, otherwise you will really miss out!
