When leaving the city, first return to the entrance of Porta do Vale ou Senhora da Graça, then turn right (Graça gate can only enter the city, can not leave the city), south of the city wall all the way to the Portal de Óbidos gate (the gate Can only go out of town, can not enter the city), and then out of the city.
