After breakfast on the morning of leaving the store, the lady at the front desk of the restaurant asked me to fill out a questionnaire. I was not satisfied with the type of food. She asked me to fill in the specific point. What I wanted to eat, I wrote fried rice and fried noodles. She said that she could tell them to cook it in the kitchen. This really surprised me, the service is really good. But next time
One more thing, in Lebanon, you don't have to exchange Lebanese pounds, because there is almost no place to collect dollars, and the exchange rate is more cost-effective than the exchange point.
Strangely enough, in Lebanon, Uber drivers often ask for a price increase outside the system price, and I would rather re-hire and refuse, but sometimes it is not good to take a taxi and have to accept a price increase."

"Didn't expect much from the hotel. Very modest, no bathroom amenities (shampoo, etc.), only shower gel in a dispenser. I had to ask for an iron, as it seems to be the only one for the whole hotel. Very high humidity, the bed always felt damp. I asked for a non-smoking room, yes, it was written on the floor that the floor was non-smoking. But when I just went into the room, the feeling was that a company of 10 people had just smoked there. There was also an ashtray - accordingly, it is assumed that you can smoke ..
Bed linen was changed the day before departure.
Once I bought breakfast, also very modestly, there is no choice ...
The hotel itself is right in Hamra, close to many shops, restaurants, close (walking 15 minutes) to Zaituna Bay.
The staff is very friendly, they always tried to fulfill the wishes quickly.
In general, if you are only going to sleep, then it’s fine."

"My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all."

"Benefits: The hotel room is large with a small balcony, the sea view is great, and the breakfast can be seen on the top floor. Disadvantages: 1. Book one month in advance and write an email to the hotel to book the airport pick-up service. After the arrival, I can't find the car. After I went to the hotel, I asked if I didn't even apologize. I said, ”Oh, the colleague who may have promised you forgot. ”. 2. The hotel is not allowed to bring water and food, and no kettle is provided. You can only drink mineral water from the small bar in the room. The cheapest one is a 2000LL bottle. 3. The hotel buffet breakfast is from 6 am to 11 am, but it is basically cold cuts, there is almost no hot food, and there are not many styles. 4. There is a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel, which will be open to the public. At 8/9 in the evening, the music was loud and loud until the early hours of the morning. The music and the crowd cheered only louder and louder, and could not sleep at all. 5. At 9 o'clock in the morning, I heard that the upstairs began to knock and beat the drill wall and was woken up in the repair. Summary: The biggest advantage of the hotel is that the room is large, the location is very good, there is a small balcony with sea view, but the price is that the toilet is small and pitiful... smaller than the hotels in Japan. MMVery nice, helpful, English speaking staff. The hotel is in a great location if you’re in Beirut for the tourism or the nightlife.
If you’re booking, do bear in mind that it’s got somewhat of a hostel vibe(even though it is a proper hotel) and if you’re looking for a place with lots of amenities you might not be as happy.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Beirut and will stay here again when I return.

VValerii BelanMany thanks to the manager-supervisor Ahmad. Without his help, I would have been in a very difficult situation. I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

KKatrin DRecommended. Rooms are a little bit twisted but quite decent. Beach area. There are several pools, you can swim in the sea, there are equipped descents, good sea near the hotel. Of all hotels with islands this hotel has the best price. We had fruit, water, tea, coffee, sweets in our room. We didn't take breakfast.

I had an absolutely amazing stay.
The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions.
Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness.
Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
