Very friendly staff and gelpfull fr9nt desk and breakfast food delicious chef Mona thanknyou

Very good hotel near the mall,but no parking if you have a car you have to pay extra 7$ for your car,that's already wroten but i didnt notice.

They did not clean the room good

Besides clean comfortable rooms and excellent service; this hotel is very conveniently located in Beirut; it is within a commercial center and across the street from ABC Department store and mall with many cafes, restaurants and shops. Easy access to transportation. A warm thank you to the GM Mr Mahmoud and Nader from FO for their hospitality and for looking after our three rooms; and a big thank you for Mr Mohammad Jaber at the Breakfast, he serves with a smile and extreme politeness; very attentive. Thank you all; this is my second stay and I look forward to the next one. Rana Naber

The staying was exceptional and the staff was very friendly and helpful specially Nader Ammar on the front office am definitely gonna stay on this hotel again on my next visit
