"This hotel is really close to Banwoldang Subway Station, and it's right by a bustling commercial street, making it super convenient for food and shopping. Places like Geumseong Galbi, the Hanok Starbucks, and Yakjeon Alley are all within easy walking distance. The hotel entrance isn't very obvious, and the room was small with no particular view. It's a bit inconvenient that Korean hotels generally don't provide complimentary disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Japanese hotels like Toyoko Inn even offer skincare products like cleansing oil and toner, which aren't available here, though there's an Olive Young nearby. The breakfast was quite good – you can make your own Korean bibimbap and there were baked eggs. For just one night as a过渡 before heading to Busan the next morning, and at only 200 yuan, I can't really complain!"

"I recently stayed at a hotel in Daegu and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a superb view, making the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. One of the best things about this hotel is its strategic location — it is conveniently surrounded by several tourist attractions, all within walking distance. This made exploring the city very easy and stress-free. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Daegu, especially for those who appreciate a great view and easy access to nearby attractions."

"It was a very pleasant stay for my friend and I! The hotel and room are nice and clean, bed is big and comfortable for 1 pax, has smart toilet and other amenities. The hotel staffs are very friendly. A small convenience store at the lobby. Requested for good view and it is given. Perfect for quiet and city getaway. Location wise, not very convenient to main shopping district. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel. As long as you know how to navigate around, it is not an issue!"

"We had an amazing stay at Nampo Radiant Hotel! Check-in went very smoothly, and we received clear instructions well in advance. Our room was spacious and located on the 18th floor with a beautiful city view – such a nice bonus! Everything in the room worked perfectly, and we honestly couldn’t find a single downside. The location is great – just a short walk from several food markets and the famous Jagalchi Market. It takes about an hour to get to the beach, but we didn’t mind at all – it was totally worth it! Overall, a wonderful hotel that we would happily stay at again."

"The rooms were impeccably clean. They were spacious, and the semi-double beds were very comfortable. Although the toilet and shower were combined, the vanity area was large and convenient to use, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We had breakfast included and ate there both mornings; the food was surprisingly delicious. We were perfectly happy with the hotel's meals and didn't need to eat out. This was my first time in Daegu, and thanks to this hotel, it was a comfortable and enjoyable trip. On our departure day, due to our KTX reservation, we asked the front desk to call us a taxi, which was incredibly helpful. The staff spoke excellent Japanese and were very polite, leaving a great impression. We arrived at the station on time, and the fare was exactly as stated. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel. The fox paintings, in keeping with HOTEL FOX ARTHALL, were also very cute! Next time I come to Daegu, I definitely want to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to my friends! As a side note, the hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 10 of Banwoldang Station (반월동 역) after passing through the underground shopping arcade. However, Exit 10 requires climbing about five steps before you reach an escalator (which is also narrow). So, if you have a large suitcase, be prepared to tackle the stairs, and once you get on the escalator, the hotel is right there."

"The facilities are excellent and very well-equipped, and there's a generous welcome snack and drink selection. The sanitizing closet is a thoughtful touch! The room is huge, and for the price, it's a fantastic deal. The bathroom is also very large; even though it's not a complete wet/dry separation, its size means it's hard for the whole area to get wet. The TV really surprised me – it's massive, and watching YouTube on it is great. The location on Dongcheng Road is easy to find and convenient, though the nearby sidewalks are a bit uneven, making it tricky to pull luggage. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to Zhongyang Road Metro Station, right in the city center, which makes getting around very convenient. They offer luggage storage, but unfortunately, check-in is a bit late at 5:00 PM. Check-out at 12:00 PM is quite good though."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a noticeable amount of dust right by the entrance, which I had to pick up. I wish the cleaning was more thorough. Other than that, all the facilities were in good working order, so I had no issues during my stay. It was a nice bonus to have a Starbucks on site."

"While it is a budget hostel, and the location is a bit of a walk inside the back street, I did not expect it to be too luxury or anything special. What was strange was that eventhough I arrived before 10PM, there was nobody at the reception desk, and I had to call to be able to speak with someone for check in and being directed to a self check in machine. With my broken korean language skill, it was difficult but I made it at the end. The room has some black moulds and I had to plug off the mini fridge to be able to use the power point to charge my phone, mini fan and whatever else. And in the morning that mini fridge has produced some water on the floor after being thawed. Towels were provided but they were smelly. The bottom of the toilet were not sealed properly to the floor (the sillicone joint has worn off). The room is in need of renovation. I managed to do the self check out when I went downstairs the next morning (with the same machine). Then I realised I couldn’t get out via the entrance door that I got in the night before, because it was locked at around 11AM. After I rang the owner again, he directed me to leave by the back door. Then I was trying to find my way at the back area to go out to the street and catch a taxi. This hostel by far was the worst place I have stayed ever. I was glad I only booked for 1 night."
