"Basic standard rooms on 2nd floor are so-so and smelly; however, if you pay extra to upgrade to Western-Japanese rooms on 3rd floor are good. On-site ski shop provides good equipment at reasonable price (compared to those in ski resorts). Facilities (incl. onsen and sauna) are good. Breakfast has many choices and delicious."

"We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!"

"Every year, I used to come to Niseko for skiing and stay here. Due to the pandemic, I hadn't been back for a few years. This time, restarting my ski trip, I chose to stay at the Hilton Niseko Village again, and it still feels as warm and wonderful as ever. Although there haven't been any new changes to the hotel rooms and facilities, being right on the slopes offers fantastic visual effects. You can see the ski runs and fellow skiers directly from your room. Since we came earlier this year, only the beginner and intermediate slopes were open, which was perfect for us powderhounds who hadn't skied in years to practice our basics. The hotel environment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a bar, hot springs, restaurants, a ski rental and service center, and complimentary shuttle services at various times, meeting all our needs. What really stood out this time was the exceptional service. Hilton's management style is truly on point – the attention to detail, every smile, and every greeting made us feel constantly cared for and looked after. From the servers to the team leaders, supervisors, and managers, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, making our ski journey truly enjoyable. We're already planning to stay here again next March!"

"Still as good as ever! Convenience! First choice for Lone Rangers, Niseko cost-effective choice in the snow season! The only change was that the hotel cancelled the on-demand shuttle bus to and from Hirafu and other major locations, and going out in the evening was a problem."

"The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very attentive. Among so many hotels with meals, this one is the best. Well, except for the only advantage, the others are all bad reviews. First of all, the hotel's hot spring is open to day-return guests after 4 pm every day, so the outdoor pool is very large but it will also be crowded with Australians, and these Australian guests are very rough in using the hot spring, so the sanitary conditions of the entire hot spring are average; secondly, there is an older man as a waiter in the restaurant. When I met him the first day, I found that when he served the dishes to each table, he put down the tableware with great force, which was equivalent to throwing, and even spilled the soup. At first I thought it was because of his old age. Later, one day at breakfast, I met a mother and daughter from Shanghai. Because the mother's legs were inconvenient and they couldn't use the Japanese table, they asked to change the table. The waiter took the tableware to the new table very badly. "Stayed for six nights. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good. Dinner was a traditional Japanese set meal. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. My wife was pregnant and couldn't eat raw food, so the menu was changed. I was allergic to seafood later, so the menu was also changed. One day I missed dinner and went to Annupuri North for a buffet. I felt that the ingredients were not as fresh as this hotel. Maybe because of the buffet, the taste was also heavy. There were not many things for breakfast, but the cakes were amazing. I felt that they could be comparable to some dessert shops. There were several kinds of cakes. The hot spring scenery was good, there was an outdoor hot spring in the middle of the forest, the atmosphere was very good, and there was a lounge with massage chairs, drinks and so on. Then the room was praised for two large pots of water every day. The room is estimated to be about 30 square meters, and it doesn't feel like the 19 square meters mentioned on Ctrip. It takes 5 minutes to ski to Annupuri. Annupuri ski resort is relatively small but less crowded. Every day, we go to the top and then ski to Hirafu. One day, the windy cable car did not reach the top, so we could only ski in Annupuri, unless we took a bus to go there. Please pay attention to this. Overall good reviews, I will continue to choose next time."

The hotel is in an excellent location, right outside the ski resort, very convenient. "Very convenient if you are planning to do some skiing in Niseko, great dinner menu and amazing lounge with a fireplace and complementary wine. Breakfast is Japanese style with no alternatives, the staff is nice but calling a taxi is mission impossible and everyone is quite dismissive with the guests, like there is no taxi and that’s not our problem, in a hotel this expensive it should be your problem whether you like it or not."
