"I was able to spend comfortably with a clean feeling in a large room.
It is convenient because it is located just a short walk from Lavenna station.
The area around Lavenna station may be a little scary because there are many people sitting in a bad atmosphere or homeless people, but it seems that the security is not so bad when checked at the front desk.
The next morning, I moved by early morning train so I walked from the hotel to Lavenna station in the dark, but there was no particular problem."

"My partner and I had a brief stay but enjoyed it immensely, its position was right in the old part of town so all within walking distance. The atmosphere of the area was relaxed and friendly. Our host was full of advice about the area and was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel to all age groups as it is very flexible.
Breakfast was very nicely presented in a lovely light and airy room with something for every taste bud."

"Its a simple hotel, a few minutes walking from the trainstation. The rooms are very basic but i excepted that, it was cold in the room but in the 5 places we stayed in Italy, only 1 was warm in november, so i think that's normal...
Blankets, towels, floor, toilet, washing basin et cetera was all clean. Some dust on the radiator in the shower and the seams in the small shower cabin were not really clean.
The breakfast and the cappuccino's were all very good and the guy serving them was very nice."

Ravenna train station came out and waited for an hour without a taxi. Ask the locals to help call the car. The driver saw that there was a farther distance, and he picked up others directly. If there is no luggage, it is convenient to walk from the train station to the hotel for about 10 minutes. If you have luggage, you must find a way to make an appointment in advance.
If you are on Ravennaden Cruise, you can book a shuttle bus on the official website of Ravenna Tourism. It is very convenient. The pick-up point we chose is the visitor center, just a minute away from the hotel."

"The hotel is good, staying near the beach in the high season must be very pleasant, makes me remember the Algarve area in Portugal, the good breakfast, whoever is leaving on the cruises in Port Corsini, it is worth staying in this hotel. , easy to get the bus is cheap €2.50 each journey, the bus is the N°90 and you want to visit the center of Ravenna tb this bus makes the route to the center."

Special experience, because the decoration and collection of this hotel are museum-level, breakfast is also homemade bread and snacks, super delicious. The clerk was very warm and rustic, and drinks and water could be picked up from the refrigerator. There are beautiful flowers in the courtyard and a lovely balcony. Next time you come, you must visit again. Very good memories, as warm as the sun here. Thank you 🙏

Nice hotel in the middle of Ravenna. We had a family room no 7 and there was plenty of space for 4 of us.
Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Lady was kind enough to give us some gluten free options for our daughter who is a celiac. The hotel also booked a taxi for us to Port Corsini and that was a smooth process. We really enjoyed our 1 night at the hotel.

Guest UserThe location is very good. The building itself and the interior of the room are old (the shower curtain was a little broken), but there are no problems. Shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer are provided. When I arrived, the front desk asked me if I wanted to take a cruise, so maybe they could help me with reservations. I was told they would hold my passport for about 10 minutes to check in, so I went to my room before the registration was finished. I got it back when I passed by the front desk to go out.

Anita McIverWasn’t expecting anything as it was a one night sleepover before embarking on cruise. I found Ravenna beautiful. The town people were amazing as were the staff at La Tavernetta. La Tavernetta is lovely and the breakfast is amazing. I would spend a week in Ravenna if I come back.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel Centrale Byron as the reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and multilingual. Even the cleaning lady was cheerful which made me feelvery welcome.
The hotel’s location in the historic city centre is perfect for exploring the sights, shopping and eating out (the mercato coperto with its bars & restaurants is just around the corner). The train station is a 8-10min walk away.
The room was practical & convenient: the furniture was not the most modern but well maintained and there was a desk, a fridge, a haidryer and a small tv.
The bath room was tiny and I had to wiggle around the door to reach the sink. But everything was sparkling clean.
My single room had a proper small single bed — something I only know from Italy. I slept well, though. The only thing that was a bit negative was that you could hear your room neighbours through the walls.
Breakfast was served with a choice if cereals, jams, cold cuts & cheeses, breads and croissants as well as real Italian café prepared freshly.
