Tangerang Regency Hotels with Wifi

Checked in at 2 pm sharp, our family suite room only has 1 window facing to another building. Other than that, the room is okay. Breakfast for a four star hotel was quite complete, there were Western, Chinese, and local food. Overall experience 9/10

The hotel is great overall, probably because it is still new. The design is modern and simple with a bit of contemporary art touches in some areas. The room has a decent size and they provide these little bolsters to suit the Indonesian culture, which is nice. The hotel facilities are decent, the gym has the necessary exercise equipment. The swimming pool is nice though a bit small. They also offer quite a variety of food for breakfast and in-room food service. Location is also nice, there is a restaurant next to the hotel and just a walk away from The Breeze. Overall, it is slightly beyond my expectation of what I thought of ibis hotels. The only downside is the hotel lobby that is a bit far and inconvenient to get to from the car park area, though they try to compensate this by having a buggy car to send you from the lobby to car park (not the other way around).

The staff is really nice and polite, and the hotel architecture is new and great. However: - missing iron, iron board and hair dryer in the room - no one answers the phone or the whatsapp line when trying to ask for the items - got the wrong order with in-room dining Great if you have time, if you are in a rush for work maybe it needs some operational improvement

The place is comfortable, the air conditioner takes a long time to cool. A hair dryer is provided at the reception, although it doesn't get hot and takes a long time to dry your hair. In toilets combined with bathrooms, shower curtains are not provided. For those who want to stay, don't discuss horror/mystical things at this hotel if you don't want to get bad luck.

So far so good even it's too narrow. Besides, we can enjoy the facilities free, such as pool, gym. But you must keep the cleanliness for the amenities in the room, unless you'll be fined.

Very satisfied, the location is easy to find. The hotel is very cost-effective and unique. There are many Chinese books at the front desk, and the TV in the room can also watch many channels. The most important thing is that there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and the food tastes great.

Where do I begin? The entrance to the hotel is impressive—gleaming, well-maintained reception areas and spotless toilets, truly reflecting the 4.5-star rating. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely warm in their service. The facilities themselves were solid, offering a well-equipped gym, engaging fitness classes, a decent-sized pool, and reasonably priced food and drinks. Overall, the amenities were good, and I had no complaints on that front. However, an extra fold-out bed was an added cost (about half the price of the room), though they did offer a discount on it. Unfortunately, things took a turn when we saw the room. This was nowhere near a 4-star standard—more like a 2-star experience. While it's cheaper compared to places I stay in Australia, it was still twice the price of accommodations nearby, which makes it feel overpriced for what it is. The lady at reception could only offer us two room options, both of which were in poor condition, so we opted for the lesser of two evils. This was a disappointment in terms of service. The room itself had a number of issues. The hot water barely worked—either scalding hot or ice cold, with no middle ground. The room was dirty, with visible damage such as switches hanging off the walls, poor patch-up jobs, and mold on the ceiling. It was simply unpleasant, as you can see in the photos. This is supposedly one of the best properties in the area, but it felt like they have a monopoly here, given the lack of competition nearby. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room was tired and in desperate need of renovation. One last thing to note: if you're traveling with children, be cautious when it rains—the tiles at the entrance get incredibly slippery. Would I recommend this resort? Based on the room quality and the price, unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I won’t be returning in the future.

Hotel lacks quite a far bit… only convenient if you need a place to stay within super duper close proximity after attending a concert at ICE BSD. Even then usually the place will be bustling and busy and staff will be overwhelmed. Service is understandably much slower as they have to handle a huge crowd. During my check in I was not informed that my access card will not be activated until 15+mins later. I lugged my luggage up, all ready to settle down and rest in the room but ended up spending a good 10mins outside the door trying to go in but wasn’t able to. I begrudgingly lugged my luggage down again to find the staff to assist. Only after we went up again could the card be used to unlock the door. Would’ve appreciated if the check in staff informed me in advance then at least I don’t have to waste a trip up only to have to come down again with my belongings. First impression of the room… it is definitely decent for resting but I honestly would not choose this hotel again for any future concerts. Just my own personal preference. It looks good in the pictures and I do see a lot of fans staying over at the hotel. They seem ok and happy. If you’re one who prioritises cleanliness and comfort, this hotel might not be suitable for you. The card incident and the hotel room impression did affected me in some ways. I made a booking to another hotel and left within hours. Ps. The room I was assigned to only had the old 2 pin plugs and I did not bring any adaptors so that was one of the few reasons why I left. Also there was eyelash on the counter I thought these were just signs the room is not for me. Perhaps I wouldn’t feel too badly if I wasn’t alone 😭

The overall experience of staying in the aparthotel was very good. The hotel rooms are relatively new, the stay is relatively comfortable, it is convenient for travel, and there is no traffic jam. The room is clean and fully equipped.

Great hotel with great services! I went there with my husband and 2 kids, we were having so much fun!! So many interesting activities and the water park for children is a must go! We booked the executive suite room and got spa & lounge facilities to be enjoyed throughout our stay. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Would recommend everyone who wants to spend their holiday around BSD ❤️❤️❤️
