Hotels with Breakfast in Tangerang Regency

The room facilities are new and the interior is clean with no noise. However, the elevator card often doesn't work. The breakfast quality doesn't match the hotel price. Since I stayed at the hotel for a long time, I noticed that the breakfast variety decreased daily and the quality was poor. I hope the hotel pays more attention to restaurant management.

The service was good, and it's super convenient having Aeon right next door. The only downside is that the lower floors can be a bit noisy at night. As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. For a hotel of this brand, you really wouldn't expect that.

I blindly picked this hotel for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The room facilities are very new, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. I especially want to thank Andrew from the front desk; he was incredibly nice, patient, and explained everything in great detail. We received wonderful, warm service from him. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

This is a new and popular hotel, so it's still quite crowded. The location is downtown. The breakfast spread is very diverse and tastes great. Personally, I found the bed uncomfortable, and at night, I could still hear noisy motorcycles from outside. Perhaps they rushed the construction to open on time, as the towel rack in room 1024 is already about to fall off 😬. There are many facilities, and it's fun with plenty of photo spots for social media 😬. I'd say about 80% of the staff are young, which is a shame because I heard them using slang like ”Anjir” (a crude exclamation) even when guests were right in front of them (I overheard this from a male receptionist). A server in the restaurant used ”Aku” (a more informal 'I') instead of ”Saya” (a more polite 'I') when addressing guests, which felt a bit odd. A server in the dining room sounded curt on the phone when taking an order. During breakfast, many staff members were sweeping and giggling with their colleagues. I hope for improvements because this is a 4-star hotel, and the service should be good, polite, and professional.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway without leaving the city conveniences behind.

I specifically asked for non smoking room due to allergic condition, the allocated room I got at first smell stale cigarrette smoke. When my allergic starting to trigger (breathing difficulty astmhatic sympthom), I request for room change cause it is not possible for me to continue on. Although the hotel promptly change my room, it would be better if from the check in, they directly allocated correct room. The hotel has gymn and swimming pool, swimming pool looks good but I didn't try. I did try gymn which has quite good equipments but air conditioner was broken during my stay, it is kind of suffocating as the gymn has no window able to be opened. The people services are really good though, from the security all the way to housekeeping staffs very helpful and kind.

I recently stayed at Joylive Bad City and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable and very convenient for my business trip, especially as it is located very near to ICE and within walking distance - only if you are not wearing heels! 🤣 The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was satisfactory. The staff were helpful and accommodating whenever assistance was needed. I also appreciated the general atmosphere of the hotel, which made the stay feel relaxed and practical. Overall, Joylive Bad City is a good option for business travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near ICE. There is still some room for improvement, but my overall experience was positive.

The room is fragrant, tidy and clean. But the bathroom often smells a comb smell (maybe it's the smell from the water drain). The pillows are soft and comfortable, the mattress is also comfortable for the price of 200 thousand, there is a closet but no hangers. Oiya there is a crossing too. The TV is already android but you have to have your own account to watch on Netflix or Disney+. The air conditioner is cold, the water heater works well, there are many plugs provided (this is a great plus point because hotels rarely pay attention to this). The location is very strategic, close to Lippo and can have snacks to the foodcourt on the opposite side. Around the hotel there are places to eat, cafes and mini-mart.
