Fantastic stay at Episode Gading Serpong! The hotel has a really unique, beautiful design that blends modern comfort with local cultural touches. The rooms are incredibly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Excellent service from the staff and a great location close to shopping and dining. Highly recommended!

Plus points: Water dispensers are available on every floor. When we requested towel and slipper replacements, they were delivered immediately. Negative points: We received a call in the morning offering an add-on breakfast. Perhaps in the future, it would be better to offer add-on breakfast during check-in, so as not to disturb guests' stay in their rooms. 🙏🏻

The hotel is new and conveniently located near a department store; you can walk directly from the mall into the hotel. The room was clean with a beautiful design. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low. Bathroom amenities included a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, comb, and tissues. The tissues were a bit too thin, tearing and leaving bits behind when wet. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again because of the clean rooms and good service. However, the breakfast wasn't quite to my liking. It wasn't as varied as other hotels, and it got quite crowded. The food options included Indonesian dishes, dim sum, salads, and hot dishes (various egg preparations). You could order from the counter. There were also vegetable salads, cheese, fruits, and bread, but the variety still didn't match other hotels. For those who don't eat beef, there was fried chicken and fried fish available as morning protein, but these were mostly batter and deep-fried. The chicken dish was more in the Indonesian style. The noodles offered did not come with real meat toppings, but rather processed items like crab sticks, processed squid tubes, and meat balls. It would be much better if they offered real meat such as chicken or seafood instead.

The hotel is relatively new, and its location is great – very quiet around the area. However, the price is quite high, so the value for money is just average. The breakfast is a highlight, especially the unique instant noodles, which are super delicious, even though I heard they're not very healthy. The local specialty snacks are also very tasty.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the pool was also great. The 40-square-meter room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. However, the breakfast flavor needs improvement. Please keep up the good work on everything else. Thank you.

I stayed here the night before an event for BSD. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, intending just to drop off my luggage. However, my room was already ready, and they kindly let me check in, which was a huge help. The event venue was right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, making for a comfortable stay. The amenities were by Senseisha. It's also close to Aeon Mall, so finding food was never an issue. Breakfast was a buffet centered around Indonesian cuisine, and it was delicious. I'd definitely like to stay here again if I have business in the area.

This is a new and popular hotel, so it's still quite crowded. The location is downtown. The breakfast spread is very diverse and tastes great. Personally, I found the bed uncomfortable, and at night, I could still hear noisy motorcycles from outside. Perhaps they rushed the construction to open on time, as the towel rack in room 1024 is already about to fall off 😬. There are many facilities, and it's fun with plenty of photo spots for social media 😬. I'd say about 80% of the staff are young, which is a shame because I heard them using slang like ”Anjir” (a crude exclamation) even when guests were right in front of them (I overheard this from a male receptionist). A server in the restaurant used ”Aku” (a more informal 'I') instead of ”Saya” (a more polite 'I') when addressing guests, which felt a bit odd. A server in the dining room sounded curt on the phone when taking an order. During breakfast, many staff members were sweeping and giggling with their colleagues. I hope for improvements because this is a 4-star hotel, and the service should be good, polite, and professional.

Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Atria Hotel Gading Serpong is a reliable, well-located 4-star hotel with good service and cleanliness. It’s not ultra-luxury, but it delivers solid value, especially if location is your priority. Located in the heart of Gading Serpong CBD Walking distance to malls, restaurants, and entertainment. Hotel is Easy access to Jakarta & airport (25-30 mins). Rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Staff frequently praised as helpful and welcoming. If your are on a business trip and you are here to attend any exhibition this is most recommended hotel.

I recently stayed at Joylive Bad City and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable and very convenient for my business trip, especially as it is located very near to ICE and within walking distance - only if you are not wearing heels! 🤣 The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was satisfactory. The staff were helpful and accommodating whenever assistance was needed. I also appreciated the general atmosphere of the hotel, which made the stay feel relaxed and practical. Overall, Joylive Bad City is a good option for business travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near ICE. There is still some room for improvement, but my overall experience was positive.
