No view from the window, bright light behind the windows which doesn’t let you sleep - but they switched it off after I sent a WhatsApp message which was nice. But honestly who would put a bright light outside the window and not put proper curtains?

Quiet hotel in an isolated location. Expect to rent a bike, but thankfully, the concierge organized a private taxi for us (Grab riders are rare outside of the airport). 5/5 service for that.

Hotel is well located 5 minutes by car from the airport with free airport shuttle service. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. The only downside is that we ordered some dinner from a delivery app and when we asked for a couple of small bottles of water at the hotel they ripped us off. But the hotel in general is a 10. I can't upload photos, because I didn't remember to do so, but I assure you that the hotel is super nice.

I booked a one-night stay to explore the area and hotel. The exterior is well-maintained, and the reception staff provided a pleasant welcome. The rooms were modern and clean, though somewhat small for two people. The air conditioning struggled to reach a cool temperature, even at 18°C. We considered extending our stay, but were disappointed by the breakfast, which offered more desserts and cakes than healthy options, so we decided to leave. The pool area was lovely, with a choice of two pools. The gym was adequate, with potential for a good workout, though it was limited to 20kg weight plates. Overall, it's a pleasant hotel in a central yet quiet location.

Whether I was lounging by the pool or unwinding after a day of exploring, Ari's impeccable service and delightful drinks were always a highlight of my day. In addition to the outstanding staff, the resort itself boasts breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and an array of amenities that cater to every need. Whether you're seeking relaxation on the pristine beaches or adventure in the surrounding area, Amber Lombok Beach Resort offers the perfect balance of tranquility and excitement. Overall, my experience at Amber Lombok Beach Resort exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the warm welcome from Ardy, Ali, Rusdi, and the fantastic bar staff, Ari. I can't wait to return to this slice of paradise and create more unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a truly unforgettable getaway.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 One of the best stays I’ve ever experienced in Lombok! Lombokhouse truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The space was thoughtfully designed — clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for resting. There’s also strong Wifi and TV with various channels, Netflix and other entertainment. The location was also ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet close enough to Kuta’s great cafes and beaches. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the well-kept rooms to the shared kitchen and communal spaces that made it easy to meet other travelers. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host and staff — always kind, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, whether it was arranging transport or sharing local recommendations. If you’re coming to Kuta Lombok and want a stay that’s affordable, stylish, and full of heart — Lombokhouse is the place. Would absolutely come back again!
