Central Bogor Hotels with Wifi

"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety. One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, it’s a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again"

"My first time trying Santika Bogor, and the location is strategic, service is good, rooms are good, and the hospitality is also good. Just a small note: at breakfast, the variety of food wasn't as much as when I last stayed at a Santika in another city. The fried eggs and omelets were prepared in large quantities before the restaurant even opened, so they were a bit dry. Also, the coordination with parking at Botani Square needs improvement so that we're not charged for parking again upon exit. But overall, I'm satisfied with Santika Bogor's service. Shout out to Ms. Vanny for her quick and helpful service!"

"Fave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options. The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner. A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup."

"The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is centrally located in Bogor. However, the room wasn't soundproof, so the noise from passing motorcycles and cars could be heard quite clearly inside. This was quite disruptive and loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep."

"Really great location. In front of Kebun Raya Bogor entrance and beside a mall. Cheap foods and drinks at the hotel. Breakfast is so-so but has many varieties."

"On the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one that’s relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room — you can imagine how noisy it was. When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, although the staff were very friendly."

"Their buffet is only for 3 stars hotel..not much selection..average in food quality... I complained about the entrance and coffee table lights that cant be switch off ...They came to loosened the bulb and said that was normal for the room to switch off by loosening the bulb... For the taxi came in to pick you up . .hotel charged 3000rp..just to drive through the hotel"
