Very strategic location, near the toll exit, near the mall, and near the Bogor Botanical Gardens. The facilities are satisfactory, only the wifi signal is a bit bad and the sound from other rooms can be heard inside the room. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the swimming pool is clean, the view is beautiful.

Staying 2D1N at mirah for business purpose, workshop meeting. Honestly i have a good impression in the first sight. Nice lobby and the hallway to their restaurants and meeting room. Their menu in the restaurant is good. Especially their chicken noodles and rawon.. But i kind of dissapointed with their room facilities. Lack of electricity plug, and amenities. I stay in room in old tower (3 digits) room, and they provide soap bar at the bathroom for bath. When i call the operator to ask for the liquid soap, the give it but the package is not look like a new one.oh, and they dont have a hair dryer at the bathroom i hope they can upgrade their amenities for better experience of staying at mirah hotel. Because honestly i feel like staying at 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel.

We went to accompany our mom to her yearly reunion and mrs Sucy provide us many activities. My mom have a great lunch and blast karaoke with her friends. The restaurant and garden environment vibe are fantastic, prayer room also provided. Recommended to go again👍

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

I stayed a night & highly recommend for the room. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. I had a good rest here. The hotel had a central location being across from the Bogor Botanical Gardens & a 20min walk to Suryakencana (Chinatown). Also, the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Will be back.

GGuest UserPrice is affordable! The food is good in terms of variety of choices and taste. The staff are excellenty accomodating. We have to request at the front office to provide us a hairdyer.
One thing to complain is about the design of the bathrom. There is no door to close when we are having shower. And since the shower head is attached on the wall, it's really hard to direct the direction of the water spray. As a result, water splases outside the shower room and wet the toilet area and wastafel area. The design is weird. It would have been helpful if at leas they install a shower curtain to prevent the water to wet the area outside the shower room. To solve the problem, I requested for a double bath mat to wipe the wet area.
To add, the debit of the water from the shower head was weak so I never felt that I had a proper shower.

GGuest UserBeen here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. RRachman87Stay for 5 nights for work, although I did came with my wife and my son. To be honest, I had a doubt at the beginning when I came to this hotel, particularly due to very limited parking spot and it entrance that became one with the entrance to Botany Square Mall. But then, my doubt was baseless as the security quickly showed me reserved parking spot for hotel visitors. The hotel itself was nothing special and rather small. The lobby was small and can be cramped when there are many people doing check-in or check-out at the same time, but the check-in and check-out process were smooth and without any problem. Now, about the room, it was large enough, clean, and neat, without any noticeable weird smell or stains. Although I have to admit the lighting in the room is dim and not really comfortable for working inside the room. For my room, the bathroom is rather small and there was no bathtub, but that was not a problem at all. Next, the food for breakfast. Although it is considered as budget hotel, the food selection is rather generous and delicious. I particularly drawn to the 'analog rice' which made from corn, instead of grain of rice. As a note, my son love the chicken porridge served during the breakfast. Now, one thing that makes this hotel rather special in my opinion is the location. It is located inside the area of Botany Square Mall, so it is very convenient when one need to buy lunch/dinner or do shopping. Aside from that, this hotel also directly connected to the bus terminal, which provide public transportation in and out from Bogor. The airport bus was also stationed at that terminal, so it is convenient for people than need a quick transport to their flight home. Additionally, the hotel (and mall) was located at the entrance/exit of the toll road to Jakarta, so those who travels with car could very easily reach this place and quickly make their exit towards Jakarta. HOWEVER, the traffic could get really really bad during rush hour and weekend, so keep in mind of the traffic when travel to or from this hotel. In conclusion, this is a hotel worth to stay for business purpose or to other purpose than leisure, as this hotel lack many leisure facilities like swimming pool, fitness center, or spa (is there any? I can't remember). That being said, the strategic location and its direct connection to a large mall is really an advantage for some people.

I really like the hospitality here, the atmosphere is good, the room is clean and treated well, I haven't had time to visit their restaurant, but their cafe area by the pool is quite cozy and comfortable, the place is very strategically located in the center of Bogor city, near the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the Indonesian Presidential Palace, easy access to anywhere in Bogor

( - ) * The hotel elevator sounds like a scratch, the other lift can't be used, maybe there's a maintenance. * The fridge is not cold * In the rich WC position there are cigarette bekass, making me who don't like cigarettes, it's annoying. * No one scratches the door, while holding the child is a bit tight, about the heavy glass door. MmrpenyiarI am not surprised that the last Tripadvisor review made for this hotel was more than two years ago in 2019. Conventioneers dominate the type of clientele this hotel attracts Let's start with the good points: Central location, clean rooms, view of the nearby mountain, and proximity to fast-food restaurants plus the famous Botanical Gardens. If you're a regular tourist then you will be annoyed by the convention-goers and their mob-like behavior as they dominate the buffet and outdoor dining area / pool. This hotel has plenty of cleaning staff but be informed that they are uncharacteristically dressed in black. We stayed for three nights, and every morning around 10am about 12 cleaning staff would sit on the floor in front of my 5th-floor elevators. Eventually realizing they were hotel staff, my wife and I became less startled each morning as we alighted the elevators after breakfast. A different kind of surprise was visible in the afternoons as similar staff dressed in black can be seen sitting on the emergency stairs while smoking and chatting as we waited for the elevators to come. I don't know what is worse: chairs & staff routinely present in the emergency stairwell or the fact they are smoking and looking back at us as we wait for those elevators. My blue-colored toothbrush was thrown away one day as it sat next to the wash basin among the white-colored complimentary hotel toiletries. Sure, the bristles looked worn, but I think it is my decision whether I should throw it away or not. Ironically, an empty water bottle was not thrown away that same day. Lastly, do be aware that the hotel feels old although the walls are clad in marble. The utensils feel worn and are sometimes still dirty. Having said that, if you study your potential hotels before visiting a city, then the Royal Hotel in Bogor is not your type of accommodation; at any price. You deserve better.
