"Long Check in queue ,with that speed of service, they should use queuing number system as in banks. Standing for 20 minutes is a no for hospitality service. The card reader on elevator need to be fixed, it does not work most of the time. Bottled Water provided are too small, and 3 usd for another bottle are ridiculously pricey. Plus there is no vending machine to purchase normal priced beverages. Other than those, the hotel does a good job."

"My review for stay 3D2N: 1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor. 3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels. Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard. I hope they can make significant improvements in the future."

"Our first memorable experience at JSI Resort. The accommodation was super complete, clean, and well-maintained. Although there was an issue with a dirty blanket and no water, the staff responded immediately. The price was very budget-friendly for such comprehensive facilities. We also got an early check-in, able to access our room by 12 PM. You can drive your vehicle directly to your room, or a buggy car is available to take you. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there's a mini zoo, as well as outdoor and indoor playgrounds. We will definitely come back here again."

"I checked in at around 7:00 pm and was welcomed by a receptionist named Alya. She was very friendly and helpful in providing all the information I needed. The lobby décor and the overall hotel looked attractive. The café and restaurant were comfortable and spacious, but the food selection was not very exciting and seemed similar to that of a 3-star hotel. The room was clean, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. Considering the condition of the room and the food, I might not choose to stay at this hotel again; however, because the front desk service was excellent, it might be worth reconsidering."

For less than 300k IDR a night, you get: - Super comfortable room, strong AC - Good water pressure, toiletries (toothbrush, etc., towels), hot/cold water tap - Unlimited drinking water with a dispenser outside the room and a jug inside - Very cold fridge, smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) - 3 types of swimming pools, a kids' playground (some free, some paid activities like paintball, painting, etc.) for kids' activities like cooking class and firefighter only available on Sundays and are paid. - Delicious breakfast for 2 people/room... I really didn't expect such a proper breakfast at that price point. - Gym facilities (shoes required) - Massage chair (paid) - Free parking - Very close to Sentul Circuit, easy to find food and snacks, and it's traffic-free, haha! Seriously, for under 300k IDR, this hotel is beyond worth it! It truly accommodates family vacations perfectly. - All the staff are super friendly... seriously, highly recommended... "Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family."
