"towel, air minuman, sampah, kemas cadar boleh tukar/dapat hari-hari. room services was excellent. receptionist helpful. flight early in the morning 5 am, kami tak dapat breakfast di hotel. jadi receiptionist sediakan makanan berbungkus dan air untuk kami bawa ke airport. nasi goreng, ayam sambal, keropok, sayur memang kenyang. recommended untuk stay hotel ni. free breakfast hari-hari ada menu sama, ada juga menu yang bertukar. pilihan makanan pun banyak. facilities pun banyak. hotel near to convenience store (indomaret). grab/gojek boleh reach hotel ni, jadi nak order makanan or from/to airport boleh. sejam shj ke airport."

"My review for stay 3D2N: 1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor. 3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels. Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard. I hope they can make significant improvements in the future."

"I saw that this seemed to be a new accommodation because the new prices were still displayed. And indeed, when I arrived, it turned out the apartment had only been open for 3 weeks. But I'm quite impressed because even though it's new, the service is already quite good... the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are clean. There are just a few areas that haven't been fully finished yet. I hope the management of this apartment and hotel is serious about improving its quality."

"Long Check in queue ,with that speed of service, they should use queuing number system as in banks. Standing for 20 minutes is a no for hospitality service. The card reader on elevator need to be fixed, it does not work most of the time. Bottled Water provided are too small, and 3 usd for another bottle are ridiculously pricey. Plus there is no vending machine to purchase normal priced beverages. Other than those, the hotel does a good job."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s quite compact and convenient for a family vacation: you can see animals, watch shows, and enjoy activities all within the area without needing to go elsewhere. It’s especially suitable if you have a small baby like us. Bringing a baby to the bigger Taman Safari might be overwhelming, so this feels like a good “starter pack” to still create memories. I’d recommend coming in the morning before check-in, enjoying the facilities, staying overnight, and going to the pool again in the morning before check-out—perfect for a short escape. One thing I wish was different is that some rides still require additional payment. It’s not expensive, but that’s exactly why it feels like it should be included for hotel guests. Paying extra on top of the room rate makes it feel a bit petty. We stayed at the Leopard Hotel, and unfortunately, the walls were quite thin. We could hear noise from the next room (including loud music) and from the hallway, which was not ideal since we have a baby who naps during the day. Considering the price, the room experience didn’t feel optimal. On the positive side, we visited during Ramadan and the staff were very accommodating. They woke us up for sahur via phone call and even provided a wara-wiri car pickup. When we booked buka puasa at the restaurant, they kindly gave us a table near the aquarium, our baby loved it. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, it was still an okay experience for us."

For less than 300k IDR a night, you get: - Super comfortable room, strong AC - Good water pressure, toiletries (toothbrush, etc., towels), hot/cold water tap - Unlimited drinking water with a dispenser outside the room and a jug inside - Very cold fridge, smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) - 3 types of swimming pools, a kids' playground (some free, some paid activities like paintball, painting, etc.) for kids' activities like cooking class and firefighter only available on Sundays and are paid. - Delicious breakfast for 2 people/room... I really didn't expect such a proper breakfast at that price point. - Gym facilities (shoes required) - Massage chair (paid) - Free parking - Very close to Sentul Circuit, easy to find food and snacks, and it's traffic-free, haha! Seriously, for under 300k IDR, this hotel is beyond worth it! It truly accommodates family vacations perfectly. - All the staff are super friendly... seriously, highly recommended... The Junior Suite room is quite spacious, with facilities that are standard for a 3-star hotel. The reception staff was less helpful, but the other staff were quite helpful.
