From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

”The hotel is quite good, with a resort feel. The swimming pool is quite spacious, there's an outdoor playground, a small gym, a karaoke room, and a billiards table. We traveled with 4 children. The Junior Suite room is quite spacious, with facilities that are standard for a 3-star hotel. The reception staff was less helpful, but the other staff were quite helpful. I would recommend it for families.”

In this hotel we feel too long queuing when we want to check in, because customers ask a lot of questions to the check in officer. The giraffe room where we stayed was clean, comfortable and clean enough, it's just that the connecting door with the next door is not soundproof enough. Safari garden facilities for children and families are very fun, education about birds and the show is very liked by children

Pesona Alan resort is just next to Tsmsn Safari Bogor. It is in a very good location if one intends to visit Safari. The room was clean, and we requested a change of room due to the initial room assigned to us being blocked by a giant tree. The staff was accommodating to change another room with an unblock mountain view.

For the price and the room that I got, it seems appropriate, it feels like an old hotel. And the room is a bit cramped. But the hospitality of the employees is very good. Friendly and ready to help everyone.

Basic hotel with no facilities except the swimming pool. Was shocked to know that the staffs still allowed people to swim when its raining heavily. The breakfast was a big no to me. All food were cold except perhaps the eggs area. The food were all opened up and not covered thus causing at times flies flying around. The room amenities was also basic but the one I cannot accept is that the shampoo & bath soap bottles were totally emptied. I had to call them to fill up, the staff came with a block of soap only & I had to tell them to refill those 2 bottles to which they cam half hour later & gosh, I think they add in water which makes the liquid so watery. With so many hotels nearby, I will not stay here again.

Happy staycation here with family. The pool in front of room is clean & big enough. The food is tasty but porridge is cold, not hot enough.

The room was spacious, but cleanliness was an issue—there was mold on the shower wall and the sofa appeared dirty. However, the hotel is very family-friendly, offering many facilities and programs that are great for kids.

Highly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready. Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture. Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya. Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.
