Hotels with Breakfast in Benda

Apart from the obvious advantage of the location, it's a very comfortable room and quite a good breakfast with plenty of options in local cuisine apart from Western options. A bit of research about locating the hotel is useful because it's between the 1st and 3rd floors. If you are between flights with difficult times there are options of early and late check in/check out however these come with a significant charge. We asked about left luggage and the charge per day was so high it was not worth it. I assume other hotels in the airport have similar policies. Overall it was a very good choice for us with some bulky luggage so getting a shuttle or taxi/rideshare would have been tiring.

For the past two or three years, whenever we've had business trips to Jakarta, we always choose this hotel at the airport. They have properties on both sides of the airport. It's incredibly clean and very convenient. You can walk from the hotel to the airport check-in counters in less than 10 minutes, so it's a great option if you're not going into downtown Jakarta.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Before my stay, I specifically requested a quiet, non-smoking room. However, upon entering the room, I was met with a very strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. After I reported the issue the first time, the staff mentioned they would handle it, seemingly using some kind of deodorizing spray, but the smell in the room did not noticeably improve. After reporting it a second time, a very kind front desk staff member personally came to check the room and also confirmed that the smell was indeed very strong, after which they assisted me in moving to a genuine non-smoking room. I'm very grateful to the front desk staff member who helped resolve the issue in the end; their attitude was very kind. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is extremely convenient for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. I just hope that in the future, the hotel can pay more attention to guests' requests and communications made before check-in, especially for important accommodation conditions like a non-smoking room.

Unfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

Excellent stay and great value for money I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the hotel is an older property, the condition of the room was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is also very strategic, directly opposite a shopping mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for guests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. However, it would be even better if the hotel could change or rotate the menu daily, as most of the dishes were quite similar each day. Overall, this hotel is definitely value for money. I was very satisfied with my 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again if I visit Cikarang in the future.

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

I enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.

The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

Had a short overnight stay here at IBIS Budget during my layover from Bali to Kuala Lumpur but due to flight delay, we missed out complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel by about 5 minutes. That was a bummer but no choice, I believe they have to stick to their schedule. Check in was simple but room was a tad small and I totally do not like how the layout of the WC and shower stall but I guess this is due to room size. What I like however, is that breakfast is served early, we took the 4:45am shuttle to the airport and was down at the lobby by 4:30 and breakfast is already served.
