"Hotel situated very close to airport - if you pre book your parking in short stay car park make sure you go in the Orange car park the last entrance as go in. Hotel was very clean and friendly. We are in the Sports bar which was good value for money however as some of their food is pre-prepared you cannot remove any items as person I was with wanted the pickles left out but this not possible so landed up just having the nanchos but again they wouldn’t leave off salsa sauce. Didn’t eat in main restaurant as smelt off fish. Breakfast very good value for money and enjoyable. Ate this in the main restaurant."

"Most guests staying here are likely catching a flight. I had an early morning international flight the next day, so I looked for a hotel near the terminal. I originally intended to book the Sofitel next door; the prices were comparable at first, but I forgot to finalize the booking. When I re-checked, the Sofitel's price had jumped to 1800, while this hotel was 1490, so I promptly booked this one. The Sofitel, in contrast, offers a direct skywalk from the terminal. For Premier Inn, you need to exit the terminal and walk across the road. Once inside the building on the other side, there was staff to guide guests. The lobby is located on Level 0. Check-in is fully automated; you just enter your booking number at a machine and it issues your room key. The hotel's interior is comparable to a mid-range budget hotel in China. Many room types feature a double bed along with a sofa, which can be converted into an extra bed, essentially turning it into a twin or family room. The room size isn't particularly generous; you'll need to move things around to fully open a suitcase. Hot water was ample. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen. The hotel does not provide amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but tea bags and an electric kettle are available. There's a COSTA coffee shop on Level 0 where you can grab a bite and a coffee. While not spotlessly clean, the hygiene was acceptable."

"The room was clean, tidy and perfectly located. I had a very good night’s sleep on the incredibly comfortable bed. I found it a bit tricky with the shower not having a door or curtain which made the whole bathroom wet when it was used. Other than that, staff were friendly and check in/check out was extremely efficient."

"It was a business trip turned to an emergency case.. The hotel was an accessible point between the airport and the hospital The manager was very helpful and sympathetic with our case... Reserving the room according to our day to day need. However, rates of the hotel increased accordingly to the supply which was not controllable by the manager."

"The room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them."

"The location is decent and convenient for flights. However, during check-in, the front desk made an error, recording our room as 117 instead of our actual room 41. This led us to go to room 117, open the door and disturb other guests, forcing us to return to the front desk to sort out the confusion."
