"We stayed overnight before an early flight from Gatwick. Although the hotel is close to the terminal, the access route is confusing and takes you through a multi-storey car park, which wasn’t very intuitive. We had booked an accessible room via Trip.com as it was the cheapest option. At check-in we advised that we didn’t need an accessible room and were happy to switch to a standard one. The staff did make the change, but it caused an unexpected amount of delay and confusion. The room was clean, warm and nicely decorated. However, the bed (likely a queen) felt much smaller than the king or super-king beds we’ve had in comparable hotels, including the Premier Inn at the North Terminal. Comfort was fine, but space was limited. The bar is located in an unusual atrium area overlooking PVC windows. Despite the odd setting, staff were friendly and the drinks were well prepared. We had dinner at Yokozuna Japanese Steakhouse. The menu leans more towards westernised Asian dishes than authentic Japanese. It was very quiet during our visit. Staff were pleasant, and the food was acceptable, though not particularly memorable. Overall, a convenient option for an early flight, but with some quirks and room for improvement."

"This hotel feels a bit better than the average Premier Inn. It was convenient to refuel the rental car nearby and then return it. There might be a charge for dropping off right at the hotel entrance, but you can briefly park and then ask the front desk staff to register your license plate to waive the charge."

"The room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them."

A breezy nine‑minute stroll (or a brisk power‑walk if you’re feeling sporty) gets you right to the gates, leaving plenty of time for a coffee or a last‑minute souvenir hunt. Overall, a hassle‑free night of comfort, cleanliness and convenience – all wrapped up in a friendly, no‑fuss package. Perfect for jet‑setters who want a good night’s sleep without the airport chaos. Would I book again? Absolutely. Pack your bags, bring your sense of humour, and enjoy the sweet spot between “home” and “take‑off”!"

"I had booked a **King room with a bathtub** for one night. When I checked in, it was already very late—around 11 PM. **I had been traveling for over a month, so on my last night, I really needed a room with a bathtub to relax my body.** However, when we arrived, the front desk guy gave us a **disabled-access room**, which, of course, had **no bathtub**. I thought about asking for a change, but I was **extremely tired**, and it was too late. The next morning, I called the front desk to ask what had happened. The staff member said it was because they were **overbooked**. **She didn’t apologize and even seemed to blame me, saying I should have asked when I got the key.** She also claimed no other rooms were available at that moment. I explained that when we took a shower in the disabled-access bathroom, **the water didn’t drain properly**—maybe something was clogged. This made it **dangerous because slipping was a real risk**. After listening, she called back **a minute later**, saying a room was now available and that I could come to the front desk to switch. I felt **very disappointed** with the service and will **never return** Also the kettle was very dirty."
