"The hotel was very close to the airport, making transportation extremely convenient.
However, an unexpected fire alarm went off at dawn, and everyone had to evacuate in a rush.
It seemed that some ”Chinese” guests might have been smoking indoors, as I even saw people smoking in the lobby.

"The hotel is great, and there's a free shuttle from Terminal 2. Here's how to find the shuttle: From arrivals, follow the orange icon (a person lying on a bed) to T2 Departures. Turn around, and you'll see **&2D and the orange icon together (⚠️ for those coming from T2, you *must* look back to see both **&2D and the orange icon together to know you're in the right direction!). (⚠️ Don't just follow Departures or Arrivals, stick closely to **&2D + the orange icon!) You'll walk for a while, and when you see a Carl's Jr. restaurant, you know you're headed the right way (if you don't see it, you're not). If you're coming from T2, you don't need to take the airport's circular train; other terminals require you to take the train to T2. Once you find the shuttle stop, there will be a large bus. "The hotel was in a good but rather very quiet location. About a few minutes drive for CDG Airport. Not much of a tourist location as advertised. Secondly, the hotel is branded as a four star hotel. I think three is more accurate. While the outdoors and decor were superb, the facilities in the room itself were old and antique. From the pillow (terrible and caused me neck pain), to the work tables, to the wardrobe, it was all OLD. There was a bug in the room (Image attached) and the heating didn't work - as expected. For a ”Four star” hotel, there was no side fridge in the room, no bottled water even if the listing mentioned having this and the breakfast was just there without a lot of options. The dinner, while costing 35 Euros was a waste of funds. On the positive side, the Staff were VERY professional, helpful and friendly. The Internet was quite fast also. Would I return, maybe not. Why? For the cost, I expect more."

"Stayed at this hotel for the second time. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is very suitable. It is 30 minutes by car to Paris (if there is no traffic jam), there are some Chinese food around, and you are walking 3 minutes south. Not bad. The rooms in this hotel in Europe are very comfortable, the space is large, and the facilities are complete, as well as slippers. Oh yes, this time I met a lucky cat again (see picture), it's almost the same model of Hermes, haha"

"The hotel is clean but located in a small commercial area. The hotel was sympathetic, the pleasant room despite a slightly sharpened light. A very good point in contrast to the recent bathroom, practical and spacious for this kind of hotel. The plastic soil is better than a moquette that keeps smells.
More parking places by arrival at 20:30 and you need to climb outer stairs to show in the rooms where various equipment (draps, moquette...), unpleasant. Likewise, outside the hotel, cartridges are drawing, this does not correspond to the b and b hotels I've already visited."

NNFa.MThe location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall.
However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM.
Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse.
If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience.

GGuest UserYou have everything what you need to sleep over night and go to the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, heater works.
Toilet could be cleaner. There are no toilet brushes and during the 12 hours I stayed in the toilet, no one cleaned it.
There was no disinfectant in one of the toilets on the fifth floor, and there was no gel in one shower stall.
There's no way to leave your bags at the reception desk if you arrive a little earlier than check-in. And the reception itself kept me waiting for 20 minutes in the hotel lobby (there was simply no one there, and the nice cleaning lady tried to persuade me to wait longer and apologized).
Again its nice cheap place to sleep over and continue your trip. Dont expect a 5 stars palace, you will have a clean private room and bed.

The main drawback is that shopping isn't easy, and we had trouble finding places to eat out. Honestly, its only real redeeming quality is its excellent proximity to the airport.

VV W HFirstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again.

TThejessicadukeThe hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.
