Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good Very close to the airport, which is super convenient. It's the best choice for an airport hotel! Very quiet, comfortable, and cozy. I'm so happy and satisfied, and even touched!

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bathroom and shower facilities were good. However, I really disliked how slow the check-in process was, even though the staff's attitude was good. Passengers on layovers or connecting flights usually don't need much service, just a quick check-in. It was very slow and inefficient, but everything else was great. The shuttle train to other terminals was also very close and convenient.

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. We booked the hotel for one night only because we missed our flight that day. This hotel is not easily accessible from CDG unless you have a car. There is no direct bus that you can take from the airport, which can be a hassle if you have multiple luggages. We took Uber from the airport and we paid 13 euros ( which is affordable ). They provide a shuttle from the hotel to the airport every 30 mins. and it is 5 euros per person. The room was decent. It was clean and they have a very comfortable bed. It might be too soft for others but I liked it. One of the hand soap was missing a dispenser but no big deal, I just used the soap from the other sink.

The hotel itself is fine, but for an airport hotel, you'd expect it to be convenient and within walking distance. However, it's quite far from T2, so you still need to take a taxi, which is a bit inconvenient. But I guess it's still the closest option.

The hotel is in a great location for reaching the fairgrounds or the airport. It has a convenient restaurant and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, the room isn't cleaned during my stay, and the air conditioning and heating aren't adjustable, which is why I slept quite poorly.

Excellent hotel, especially for the money. Large, comfortable rooms with everything you need, quiet too. Good bar and restaurant, I had the smash burger, it was tasty and well cooked. The best thing is the staff - all friendly and professional. The stand out staffer though is Munson at reception, first class in everything he does. I'll be recommending friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they're close to the airport - a hotel Novatel should be proud of.

The room was spacious enough. Although a bit dated, it was perfectly fine for a layover before my next flight. It had air conditioning, which worked very well. About a 10-minute walk away, there's a small Carrefour supermarket, a Sushi Bowl, and a pizza place where you can grab some food. There's also a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. Now, let's talk about the shuttle bus. The meeting point given on their official website is near the Sheraton hotel, on the second floor of Terminal 2, above the train station. You'll see a sign for the hotel shuttle near an elevator. From there, you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs to the outdoor area to wait for the bus. Also, the hotel might not use a vehicle with its own logo; they might use a bus from another hotel and then call out the name of their hotel. So, please pay close attention or listen carefully, and don't just stubbornly look for a bus with their logo. Don't ask me how I know this; it was a painful learning experience! 😭

Although small, it's very suitable for a one-night layover near the airport. Good value for money. Recommended!
