"I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions. I especially appreciated the convenient location, the hypoallergenic room, the cleanliness, and the peaceful atmosphere. Housekeeping was carried out regularly, and all the necessary amenities were available. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, so I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers. "Beware of deposits and taxes. Trip.com showed a local tax of €50, but I was charged €60. On top of that, despite having paid in advance, I was double-charged for the hotel stay. Both times, when I showed them the billing screen on the app and explained, they apologized and corrected it, but it's best to double-check carefully when paying. I checked out yesterday, but my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. They said it would be refunded today, so I'll be frequently checking my banking app. The hotel was clean. There was a spider in the bathroom, but I managed to deal with it. I could get a toothbrush by asking at the front desk. Towels were changed daily. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body cream, a hairdryer, a kettle, and a water dispenser were provided. Note that there is no refrigerator."
