"My stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The front desk staff were especially kind, and they readily lent me a bottle opener when I suddenly needed one, and they also kindly gave me detailed recommendations for tourist spots and popular local restaurants, which was extremely helpful. Thanks to them, I was able to have fun and memorable trips. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit the area again."

"Overall, it can be that the customer service did not send the money to the hotel at the hotel. The hotel brushed my credit card. After the customer service said, it will return. It has been half a month and has not received the refund."

"Says there's a small fridge when I googled but there was no fridge. Two nights of me sweating even if they said they would check the aircon. Third and last night went ok. I wish they could have called first when someone tried to enter my room while getting changed so I screamed( music was on ) he said he knocked but there's a telephone too. However, the young staff at the reception were very helpful."
