"Indeed, even a super welcome cannot raise the note. I had the smallest room? The 505 to be precise. The hotel is clean, near the station, breakfast quite right, but this does not justify by this high price for a person. The room with lights very white makes this latter anxiety, lift from bed and you find your nose in front of the door. To crown all it's cold. It was rather disappointed by this hotel."

"The service staff on the first floor lobby are very enthusiastic, friendly and speak English, can quickly understand what passengers need, really thank you very much. Can book so close to the station at this price, the room is big and clean, really good. There are balcony, TV, a lot of cabinets, the focus is to have a small kitchen, can simply cook some cooking."

This three-star hotel will offer you comfort, convenience, and tranquility. The hotel has three room categories from a standard room to a deluxe. The difference between those rooms will be the size of the bedding and the size of the room. All our rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a coffee machine, and a television with Canal +. The breakfast will be served under an American buffet with local products. We offer a snacking selection with the offer BOCO and you may enjoy a local drink at the bar. At the Best Western Metz Centre Gare, the front desk is open 24 hours. The team will be happy to assist you with your request.

"The location is in front of the station, so it's very convenient for getting to and from the station. You can walk to most destinations in the city in about 20 minutes, and there are delicious cafes nearby. The city center is about a 15-minute walk away, but it's not that far, so it's convenient to stay in front of the station. The staff were all friendly, and I recommend it if you're coming to Metz. However, the bathroom was a bit of a problem. There was no curtain in the shower room, and there were almost no steps, so the shower water would flow into the bathroom no matter what you did. I managed to get by with a bath mat, but it was difficult to use, so if there is a room that doesn't have that, I would choose that and stay there again next time."

Mmiss banzaiI had a nice stay in that hotel in Metz. It's not located in the city center, but is not far. The hotel itself feels like a good value for money. Staff is friendly, rooms were clean, spacious and felt cozy. It's a hotel perfect for business traveler. You also conference rooms in the hotel. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and menu selection. I was happy with my stay.

GGuest UserWe booked for a double roome with 2 beds, it is a very small room (yes, I knew this in advance) but since we only stayed for 1 night only. that was fine. If we have two big suitcases and we need to unfold both, we need to find our own arrangements. Anyhow, in general, the breakfast service was good! The reception desk was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is not far from city center, located in a very quite place for living habitats I think. I give 4.5 / 5 points.

GGuest UserSmall downside for the gentleman at the reception who was very friendly, but who asked me for an identity document. So I gave him my driving license issued by the state and therefore serves as an identity document accepted in France from the moment the photo on the document resembles the person. Fortunately my wife had hers, otherwise he would not have accepted us. After research his explanations were completely false. Otherwise the rest is good

BBidesuThe location is very remote. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lively streets. It's a bit scary at night. The only advantage is that there are many Chinese-owned restaurants nearby. Generally speaking, it is a good way to go to Annecy and has good value for money.

OOliverLeider haben die Bilder nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Das Hotel ist abgewranzt und verwohnt. An vielen Stellen ist Schimmel oder Rost. Dennoch ist alles blitzblank sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich extrem zentral und sehr ruhig. Der Pool war nicht befüllt und sah er fürchterlich aus.
