"We have spent a very good stay in your hotel! The hotel is very welcome, everything is very clean, whether the common parts or the room. The rooms are very soundproofed. Breakfast was complete. The reception staff was very helpful and available.
The hotel has a private parking, which is one more for us. It is located near the concert hall of La Carène, so perfectly located for us who enjoy a concert! However, there is no noise damage despite the proximity of the places! We'll come back!"

I had a great stay overall. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the train station, making travel a breeze.
The room was the perfect size for solo traveller —not too cramped—and very comfortable, especially the bed. My only minor gripe was the breakfast, which was a bit average and basic. It’s fine for a quick bite.

It's relatively close to the airport, making it convenient to get there at night. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and a courtyard, but you won't be able to enjoy them if you arrive too late. It's the first choice for flying.

The room is small, the location is a bit biased, it takes 15 minutes to walk from the downtown area. The facilities are relatively simple, not very new, and the breakfast is relatively monotonous. During the stay, I encountered road construction at the door, the experience was not good.

The location of the hotel is not on the lively street, it is very quiet, we like it very much. The hotel staff is very kind, very close to the bus and the tram station, there is a large supermarket nearby, it is very convenient to buy daily necessities.

Guest UserWe had booked 2 rooms and wanted to cancel 1 (by unforeseen circumstances), cancellation was not allowed (so we had 2 rooms)and when we were in the (extra) room, it was found that it was rented again to someone else!
The manager indicated that it did not matter (for us), which room we would have too much, that is true, but was not consulted with us, whether we wanted to change from room, we were faced with the re-leasing of our entirely paid Accommodation!
All the sad experience.
Check-in is via a computer and completely inpersonal, location very inappropriate with OV but handy with Oceanopolis

The hotel is perfect, laughterful and professional staff. Breakfast is very complete and extensive. The neighborhood and the hotel are quiet with free private parking. (But 1 only small bottle of water ”Cristaline” at the average cost of 0.18€ in large surface for 2 ?) In the end, Bon séjour...

Mon expérience avec trip.com est très décevant et nulle.
Je regrette d'avoir réservé dans leur site.
Je le déconseille car il mon arnaquer.
En arrivant, à l'hôtel j'étais dans l'obligation de repayer car pas d'enregistrement de réservation dans le service de l'hôtel. Après 5h de route et plus de 1 mois après je n'ai jamais eu le remboursement de la différence malgré leur promesses déjà plus d'un mois et toujours rien .
Site des voleurs organisées .
On niveau de l'hôtel l'accueil et les chambres rien à dire.
