Tossa De Mar Hotels with Wifi

"Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!"

"Stayed in a room with a sea view, but the view was also the best stay, such as the size of the room and the amenities! The front desk was very kind and the welcome drink and breakfast were very delicious! (Prosciutto and smoked salmon were also in breakfast!) You can walk to the sea immediately and there seems to be a bar on the rooftop (I didn't go, but it seemed good) I would like to use it when visiting Tossa de Mar!"

"Room was spacious, comfortable and the AC was very effective. the hotel's location is perfect as it is very close to the bus station and right next to the main streets of Tossa de Mar. The floor of the room could've been a bit cleaner and the TV was tiny. Other than that though, the room was ideal"

"Hotel location is not far from the sea, in the old street of the town, you can go shopping, you can see the sea and the castle without a few steps, the room has a large balcony, enjoy the sea breeze, sea birds will come to harass, really great. The service awareness of white people is either really average. When I checked out, I pushed two trolley boxes. The door was not inductive. I needed to push the door to go out. The hotel staff were watching coldly and would not help you block the door. It made me very embarrassed to go out."

"Service: The entire trip was terrible. The front desk was a bit impatient with my room request, grumbling that requests needed to be made in advance. They gave me the first and last rooms in the hallway. The first room was extremely noisy, and the last room required a long walk. This was blatant discrimination! Environment: The main building was very noisy during peak tourist season, with many young children. The elevator was very slow, and the up button was broken. The room facilities were very outdated, roughly comparable to a domestic budget hotel, and the bathroom was even worse. Cleanliness: The quilt was just a layer of paper, and the toilet was filthy. Facilities: The only positive feature was the swimming pool."

"A bit old hotel The young lady at the front desk and the assistant brother on the first day were very polite. The older lady on the second day when checkingout every customer took more than 15 minutes, long queues, wasting time. Room facilities are a bit old, the hotel is small, up to Samsung level. Breakfast was shocked, nothing, there are a few slices of bread and orange juice. The advantage is that the location is excellent, will not come again in the future"

"Family hotel. Sympathetic staff. The rooms are very well suited, with balcony and air conditioning. The sounds of the room above are not terrible. Telephone with 3 channels (info) in French. The swimming pool is fine. The breakfast is right even if most products are industrial (growing, orange juice, ...). In the negative light, two things: We could not connect to the hotel's wifi in 6 days, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere. Finally, I didn't appreciate that a woman was bathing with a burkini in the pool, burkini that she then used in the breakfast room and in the city. On the hygiene level, it is not possible. I don't understand that the hotel accepts this. "

"The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and the charming old town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby, which made it easy to start each morning with a great cup of coffee. The hotel also offered a convenient free water-refilling machine. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tossa de Mar!"
