"It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved."

"The hotel is fine enough with a good location but very unwelcoming…. The person who checked us in was not friendly at all…. No Hello or anything.. Could not even find the wifi password.
The following morning we saw her again as we were going out for a walk and she was coming in…. Again, no acknowledgement at all… far different from our last hotel where the receptionist even asks if all is good with us upon seeing us a second time."

"You can take photos of the old town from the hotel's public courtyard. You need to take a taxi to each attraction. It is not very convenient to call a taxi in Toledo. You need to make an appointment for the hotel breakfast. It is more convenient to stay in the old town. The hotel only provides one bottle of water regardless of how many days you stay."

"Location is good, in the heart of the old city. Hotel and rooms are average/good We had a good stay. However all these experience were spoiled by the poor services of the waitress during the breakfast. The waitress were cool and seemed to have very bad mood. The breakfast room was closed using a rope until the waitress came and slowly checked the customers one by one. The waitress were impolite and even told the customers to eat in certain manner. The hotel rating would be much better if they have better training to their waitress."

"Renting a car first went to Toledo, less than an hour's drive, the hotel location is very good, the old town, next to Toledo Castle, because the temperature was 40 degrees that day, the wind was hot, I didn't go shopping, and I went straight to the hotel to Toledo Main Church, Spain's second largest church, But because I don't know much, I can also see a fur!
There are various Damascus knives, my heart is itchy, but I can do the train for fear of not taking it back, so I can give up this idea! I like the knight stuff very much, I really like it!
After all, the hotel facilities are simple, there are no toiletries, the window is facing the windows of other rooms, the room is small, but the location has advantages, the parking fee is higher, 16 euros, in the nearby parking garage, walk for three or four minutes"

"I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁"

AAfanxiaThis hotel offers excellent value for money. Firstly, its location is superb, right next to the long-distance bus station and less than a kilometer from the train station. The elevator to the old town at the top of the hill is just a few hundred meters away. The hotel's facilities are also excellent, with spacious and fully equipped rooms. I especially recommend the Taco Star near the entrance – it's fantastic! Go in the afternoon, even though there's a long queue in the evening.

Pedro in the restaurant and lobby areas was particularly delightful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, other than a bit noisy in the mornings. Staff helped arrange tours and outings in the area, which were excellent.
