"The front desk staff, including Chia, Kevin, and Kiliy, were all very enthusiastic, and the supervisor (whose name I didn't catch) was also incredibly hospitable. The lobby is beautiful, offering free hot cocoa, yuzu honey tea, and lemonade, and there's even a robot! The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beautiful Haidai Building. The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. As it's a new hotel, there was a slight scent, but to my pleasant surprise, they had prepared two air purifiers for me, which I really appreciated! Breakfast was also good; if the noodles had been in chicken broth, it would have been even better. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to Zibo Station and within walking distance of the Eight Bureaus. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Although there are no USB ports in the room, plugs are provided. The room is clean and the bedding is clean and comfortable. It is cost-effective."

The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, making travel convenient; dining, shopping, and transportation were all easily accessible, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Any small issues we encountered during our stay were immediately addressed and patiently resolved by the staff. Their service attitude was sincere and responsible, without any perfunctory responses. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail was exceptional. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the service was excellent, meeting all the needs of a family trip. When traveling with children, hygiene, quietness, safety, and service are paramount, and this hotel delivered on all fronts, offering incredible value for money. This stay was incredibly comfortable and reassuring, a truly satisfying accommodation experience. We will definitely choose to stay here again for our next family trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all families traveling with children!"

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. It's conveniently located right across from Wanda Plaza, making dining out super easy. There's an underground parking lot, which is great for getting around and exploring the area. It's also not far from Haidai Tower and the Liuli Museum. Plus, there are a few excellent, non-viral BBQ spots nearby that are delicious and affordable per person."

"We stayed at the Intercity Hotel for four nights during our trip to Zibo. It's well located near museums, parks and malls. There is a freeway nearby to other districts like Boshan. The room was comfortable, clean and even decorated by the hotel staff. The breakfast had a great selection, with just about everything you would expect - they had good options for toasts and coffee. Surprisingly, they have a complementary self-service laundry room that really made a big difference for me (I hate packing up dirty clothes). Overall, a friendly experience and good way to experience Zibo."

"I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. In short: excellent value for money. **Hotel Environment:** Good. The hotel lobby has a 'Liaozhai' (Chinese classic tales) theme, and the rooms are well-equipped. **Hotel Service:** Excellent. The front desk staff paid warm attention to my needs, for example, making sure I wasn't next to the elevator. They even gave me a lottery ticket (too bad I didn't win!). My room came with four complimentary bottles of water. Check-out is officially at 2 PM, and I only woke up past noon, yet no one disturbed me [facepalm emoji]. I later found a note in the room saying you could order free wontons at night. All these little details really warmed my heart – truly deserving of my great Zibo! (See photos). **Location:** The most important thing is that the hotel is close to the train station, and the soundproofing is decent. It's about an 8-minute taxi ride from the train station, and despite being close, it's not noisy at all. I, for one, had a very peaceful night's sleep. Great value for money! I'm very satisfied! It'll be my top choice next time."

"I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade at check-in. The room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room layout was also very well-designed. The housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and meticulous; they even left laundry detergent when they noticed a need for laundry and refilled the mineral water. The front desk and breakfast service staff were also very welcoming. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! They even gave me complimentary local snacks like Zhoucun biscuits and stir-fried pancakes."

"As a Marriott hotel, it upholds the Marriott standard of quality. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options. "Traveling to Zhoucun Ancient Commercial City in Zibo during the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Zhiweizhai Hotel. It's a garden-style hotel with stunning, high-quality decor and an incredible landscape that made me feel like I was back in Jiangnan. The room was clean and hygienic with a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The service was also top-notch; every staff member was enthusiastic and full of energy. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience, truly living up to the reputation of an honest and hospitable Shandong business."
