Zibo Hotels with balcony

I saw on Ctrip that this hotel is the most luxurious in Shandong. I checked in yesterday. I feel that except for the expensive room rate and expensive food and drinks, the rest of the hotel does not meet the standards of star or diamond hotels. There is no gym or SPA. There is no TV in the room, that is, there is no entertainment, only a swimming pool. The environment is also average. The most ridiculous thing is that the windows leak a lot, and the noise is very loud when they are completely closed. I really can't sleep at all. I changed rooms in the middle of the night. The only thing worth praising is that the service attitude of the waiter is very good. He is also very responsible.

The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic. They took the children to several places and came up with many fun ideas. When I got home, I received a vlog from the boss. It was really good. I would like to book a suite with my friends again if I have the chance. We can sing and have fun at night.

The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a large bay window perfect for enjoying tea and the night view outside. The best part was that it's pet-friendly. The whole process, from booking to check-in and check-out, was very smooth, and the owner was lovely. This hotel offers such great value for money, everyone should come and stay! They provide disposable towel sets and individually wrapped disposable cups. In the twin room, each bed was very wide, big enough for an adult and a child with plenty of room to spare. I'd suggest to the owner to add a shower curtain; it would make cleaning easier and more convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the green plants were refreshing and especially helpful. The location is also superb, eating, drinking and playing around are all available, five minutes walk from the eight major places, travel is super convenient. The service staff is warm and professional, responsive, the overall experience is full, I will choose here next time!

Our second night's stop was in Zibo, and we chose the relatively new Hilton Garden Inn. Its location isn't far from the highway, and the room was very clean. They even thoughtfully provided a door sign for our pet-friendly room. There are plenty of local Shandong restaurants and BBQ joints nearby, though none of them were pet-friendly, haha. So, we had to order takeout and eat in the room. The hotel even has a robot delivery service for meals. It's also very close to Haidai Tower, just under a 10-minute drive. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The first stop of our summer vacation was Zibo, and this was the hotel we stayed at. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but the hotel handled it to our satisfaction. **Location:** The hotel is right next to MixC shopping mall and very close to the famous Eight Major Bureaus. It's also not far from the train station and the Ceramic & Glass Museum, so the location is excellent! **Environment:** The hotel lobby is very spacious, and it's considered one of the top high-end hotels in the area. However, there were a lot of people coming and going, and because the building is quite tall, we had to wait a long time for the elevators every time we went in or out. **Room:** The room wasn't small, and the design was quite practical. The bed was also wide. The bathroom and toilet area were also a good size, but there was no clothesline, so there was nowhere to hang laundry like underwear. **Service:** The front desk service was average; not particularly warm, but no major issues either. **Dining:** We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment much on that. Overall, the hotel's location is definitely a highlight. Regarding the small incident during check-in: initially, we were assigned a connecting room, meaning there was a door between two rooms that could be opened. This design is frankly bizarre. Although they changed our room, it felt like a security risk. I hope the hotel takes this seriously – perhaps these doors could be permanently locked?

The whole room is very well equipped. The children like it very much. It is okay to catch up with the water heater. It is okay to take a bath without taking a bath. The kettle used is boiled. It will be colder these two days. I went to add a quilt in the middle of the night. The boss is very enthusiastic and needs to be delivered in time. I really feel the warmth of home. Waiting for the next time I come to Zibo, I will still live in this one. Parking is also very convenient. There is an elevator directly to the hotel in the underground garage. 👍👍

There were few people staying but we were still arranged to a city view room on the shady side, not a mountain view suite. It felt like a wedding on the day we checked in. The room had been entered and there was cigarette ash in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. There was yellow urine stain on the side of the toilet, which we cleaned ourselves. Three people stayed in a suite but only two tickets and two breakfast coupons were given. There were few people staying and no buffet was arranged for breakfast, but we could have two servings for the three of us.

This apartment hotel is conveniently located with plenty of food and drink options nearby. It's about a 10-minute bike ride to Yangcun BBQ and Tangku BBQ Street. The place is clean, has a projector TV, and the air conditioning works great. Excellent value for money!
