"This is our fifth time at Club Med Beidahu. As soon as we walked in, it felt just as familiar. My child, being very familiar with the place, went straight to the bar to order a drink. They mentioned that one of the bar staff members was incredibly friendly and could make any special drink they requested 👍🏻. My child even said he looked like Li Ronghao, handsome and kind-hearted.
This year, the afternoon tea snacks were moved to the theater. I personally found it more convenient when they were in the lobby, as it added a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon entry. The rooms generally felt brighter, but in our room, the shower leaked onto the floor, and the bathtub easily overflowed, which significantly impacted our experience. I'd suggest re-planning and renovating these facilities.
At the ski rental hall, there was a tall, slender male staff member who was very kind and provided excellent service. We mentioned that our locker in the corner was too cramped, and he immediately offered to find us another locker for easier access, which was very thoughtful. When my sister fell while skiing, he even enthusiastically contacted the infirmary and arranged for her to go there. We're truly grateful to him.
One day, the restaurant featured Malaysian cuisine, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. Every day at the restaurant, we'd see Sharon, a lovely young lady with a cheerful smile, which brightened our mood. She was also incredibly accommodating; when my child wanted a banana and there were none on the counter, she went to the kitchen and found one. Her service was fantastic. Additionally, this time, we met a new friend, Jakson, the restaurant manager, while having a hot pot next to the theater. He was also friendly and provided great service, constantly asking if we had enough food and if we wanted more, and inquiring about any areas for improvement. He was very engaging, and we had a great chat with him. We were delighted to meet someone so passionate about their work.
My child's ski instructor this year was our old friend, F U. We were so happy to see him; it felt like returning home and meeting an old friend. He's very helpful; whenever we have questions, he assists us in finding solutions or answers. When we asked him about skiing, he was even more enthusiastic in his guidance. Old friends are indeed the best. We've already made plans to meet again next year.
Overall, I feel that the service here is better than the facilities. Having exclusive lockers and a dedicated lane for skiing is very convenient. There are also specialized staff members to look after children, and we can choose a suitable group class. So, every year, I still think this is the best choice. It's also worth mentioning the wonderfully relaxing Jile Tang hot spring after skiing. A complete bath makes you feel incredibly comfortable and refreshed. This place is perfect for families; skiing during the day and watching GO shows at night. The kids burn off all their energy, and the adults are pleasantly exhausted. Here, you can meet familiar instructors and experience friendly service. I highly recommend it for families on a ski vacation; you're sure to create beautiful memories."
