"The hotel atrium was stunning; the pool reflected the trees and buildings, and the circular glass ceiling created beautiful light and shadow effects. Yuki at the front desk was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities—the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had some concerns after reading reviews saying the rooms were noisy, but after checking in, I found the environment to be extremely quiet. I don't know where those noise complaints came from, and I slept very comfortably that night. All the staff at every stage were very friendly and helpful. This is a genuine review! Not a paid endorsement!!"

"An absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying."

"I arrived quite early to check in, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, quickly getting me settled. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully even in the early hours. There was plenty of hot water, and all the facilities were comprehensive. Overall, both the service and environment exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. I'm very satisfied! The hotel even has a tea garden where you can sit by the lake for a while. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"The room was clean and the facilities were relatively new. The robot delivered food to the door. The TV is very big and new and can be cast on the screen. Check-out is also a quick check-out, that is, the traffic is a little far from the scenic spot. But there is a delicious noodle restaurant at an intersection downstairs."

"I booked a twin room, which was spacious and clean. The soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast was decent and very kid-friendly, with no charge for children, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is great, very close to the Giant Buddha Temple and next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping convenient. My only complaint is that the washing machine requires an extra charge, which I found surprising. Many budget hotels offer free use of washing machines and dryers, so considering the relatively high room rate, I was a bit taken aback. I hope they can improve this."

"There was a slight hiccup during check-in, probably because the hotel doesn't host many foreign tourists normally. However, the front desk staff, and a gentleman (not sure if he was the manager 😂) were all incredibly warm, friendly, and had excellent attitudes. The room, cleanliness, and basic amenities and facilities were all up to par for a hotel in this price range. While there wasn't anything particularly outstanding, their great service and warm hospitality definitely made up for any minor shortcomings. The hotel's location is truly excellent. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's very convenient to get to the theater and supermarket. There are also bus stops nearby, making transportation very easy. Overall, it was quite good."

"The location is right next to South Street, and it was relatively quiet at night due to the low foot traffic these past few days. The room was quite large, and the facilities were relatively new, but the breakfast selection was limited. There's a restaurant right across the street, so be sure to close the curtains if you're in your room. I specifically called to ask if the room's air conditioning could heat, and only booked the room after receiving a positive answer. However, my actual experience was that the heating effect was barely noticeable; the air conditioning was so quiet I couldn't even be sure it was on."

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The villa has an excellent location and convenient transportation. The room is spacious, bright and in excellent sanitary condition. The service staff are enthusiastic, professional and responsive.
