Our butler, Leo, was enthusiastic, attentive, and responsible, always communicating and providing a truly home-away-from-home service. He reminded us to climb the Cloud Ladder to see the sea of clouds. When we left, in addition to the hotel's souvenir, he specially prepared a large portion of pastries and fruits, as well as a goodie bag for the child.
