When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk upgraded me to a business king-size room and sent me a fruit plate. Because I brought my baby, they thoughtfully prepared toothbrushes and slippers for the children. I usually have trouble sleeping, but the pillows in this hotel are very good. I even asked if they had this pillow for sale. When I checked out, they gave me a few bottles of mineral water to drink on the way. Very thoughtful, I will stay in this hotel next time."

"I came in winter, booked two standard rooms, and got 4 free tickets to Xishan Scenic Spot. The room on the third floor has floor heating and air conditioning. The hotel service is considerate. I especially want to praise the service staff in the restaurant. They also enthusiastically reminded me that the restaurant can heat the endless gourd chicken the next day. The prices in the restaurant are okay, basically the same as the consumption in Xi'an. The gourd chicken is about 88 yuan, and the total cost of 4 large and small is 266 yuan, which is not outrageous. It is recommended to eat at the hotel."

Second stay. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. The bedding was spotlessly white, comfortable and soft. The breakfast had a wide variety. I particularly appreciated the waitress in the restaurant. She was dressed in formal attire, held her head high and was full of confidence, like an ancient general, fully demonstrating her love and pride for her work.

The room smelled very musty and a bit damp. The room door had traces of previous damage. Because of the dampness, it would be very difficult to open and close the door and there was friction with the floor.

Baozi, I must share with you the great hotel I stayed in this time! This hotel is in a great location, just in the city center, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, attractions, and super convenient to travel. Just arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its appearance. The European retro style is super stylish, the beige exterior wall is full of vines, and the lights are a dozen at night. Walking into the lobby, the fragrance of lavender instantly made me tired, the front desk staff was warm and professional, and the check-in was fast and thoughtful. The room surprised me even more, the layout was warm and clean, the bed was soft, just like being trapped in the clouds. The bathroom facilities were brand new and the quality of toiletries was very good. I have to mention his breakfast, which is rich in variety and tastes great. Chinese and Western food are available to meet different tastes. During the stay, I also experienced the gym and swimming pool, which were fully equipped and clean. In short, this stay experience is perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel in the future. I highly recommend it to everyone!
