中肯評論： 帶老婆孩子滑雪，住在這裏，訂的家庭套房，算是這裏第二貴的了，主要也是看中這有早餐，去之前接到酒店電話確認，感覺前台非常好，盡職盡責。 問題就出在去了以後，首先我瞭解到這個酒店是幹部學校裏的公寓，剛剛對外營業，酒店接待純散客還是比較少，遇到問題如下： 1.私家車衹能停在大門口，走進去有很多台階，預計要走3-4分鐘才能到前台，我和老婆帶着孩子、拉着箱子、提着大包小包，很不方便。 2.剛開始門口保安不讓進，説沒有接到通知，但態度都沒問題，衹是覺得內部管理溝通確實有疏漏。 3.你就理解這是個幹部招待所就完了，感覺不像酒店，比較“傳統”。 4.必須説明，所有前台人員都非常好，很負責也很努力，衹是礙於整體管理水平，實在力不從心。 5.這就是個三四層小樓，我們住在一樓，屋子裡經常有各種“小傢伙”，我抓了**蟲、蜘蛛、蛾子，確實對老婆孩子不太友好。 6.最終讓我炸鍋的是早餐問題，攜程寫的7:00-8:30，每人30元標準的自助餐，這時間段已經夠離譜了（估計是一般培訓的早餐時間），頭一天晚上還跟前台反覆確認時間，前台説有早餐，在7:30-8:30，我説那行吧，時間很迷，但也能理解。結果第二天早上我先去餐廳探路（餐廳在另外一個樓，走路2分鐘），到8:00了還沒飯，而且一問才知道，沒有自助，就是給你打個飯，就是食堂，早上衹有兩個菜還有雞蛋小米粥，真服了，但廚房態度也特好，真的很好，所以真的就是管理問題，沒有現代酒店管理經驗。最後孩子餓的不行我也等不住了，出去走了很遠買的包子雞蛋（附近不是很方便）。 7.最後我實在忍不了投訴了，也是解決了，全額退款，所以真的需要引進現代酒店管理後再對外開放，否則很砸牌子的，本來是想“走出去”，有更社會化的收入來源，結果適得其反，希望該酒店引以為戒，儘快提升管理水平和服務質量，別將一手“好牌”下成“臭棋”。
