"Excellent! We were on a road trip and passed through Shuozhou. At first, my friend was getting a little upset because she couldn't find the hotel. We called the receptionist, and she patiently gave us directions. Her gentle and humorous manner calmed my friend down. Even though it was a cold night, she went out to help us with our luggage. As soon as we entered, she offered us hot tea and pastries. She was incredibly friendly and professional. When she saw we wanted to go out for dinner, she recommended a restaurant based on our preferences. We tried it, and it was indeed very good! Although the hotel is newly opened, you can tell the service training is excellent. I saw her name tag—she's the service manager! Great job! Thumbs up! 👍 Her every smile and gesture is an industry benchmark. She soothed our travel fatigue. It truly lives up to its name as a Ji Hotel. Having this stop on our road trip was the icing on the cake. Hope she continues to maintain this standard; we'll definitely come back again!"

"Advantages: 1. Great surrounding environment! Large parking lot – convenient for vehicles. The room windows are huge and beautiful. 2. Excellent front desk and room service! Super fast response time! They even thoughtfully provided water upon check-out. 3. Comfortable bedding. 4. Comfortable room temperature, not overly hot. 5. The room lighting is scientifically designed, not overly complicated, and can be completely dark – very comfortable. Cleanliness: There were red oil spots on the blankets; the front desk and room staff promptly and politely helped replace them. Facilities: The overhead shower only had half water flow; the water flow was very weak for such a high showerhead, making it uncomfortable for those used to overhead showers. The toilet didn't have a heater, and the toilet seat wasn't very comfortable. Environment: When there were many guests, the soundproofing between rooms was average. As a 4-star hotel, there were no smart devices, and only two bottles of water were provided in the room. Compared to other hotels of the same type, it's slightly inferior. The breakfast was pretty good."

After visiting the Wooden Pagoda of Yingxian County and Jingtu Temple, I checked into this hotel. I loved it! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They proactively offered information about the surrounding area and local specialty snacks. There's parking right outside, which is perfect for those traveling by car. Plus, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda.

This hotel, tucked away in a residential area, was a wonderful surprise. The room was much more spacious than I expected, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, complete with a kitchen, tea room, living room, and dining area. A washing machine and refrigerator were also provided. Stepping into the room felt like coming home; it was incredibly welcoming. The restaurant was also quite unique, offering complimentary coffee and tea. It was very comfortable to sit down and enjoy a hot drink. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and responding promptly to any requests. Of all the hotels I stayed at during my 7-day trip, this was the most satisfying. With its comprehensive facilities and warm atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the Marriott Hyatt Hotel in Yingxian exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is relatively convenient, with good surrounding amenities, and it's easy to get to attractions like the Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. The lobby felt grand and spacious. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were quite welcoming and responsive to any questions or issues. The room was clean and tidy, with decent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night's rest. Housekeeping was thorough, with attention to detail. The breakfast selection was quite good and satisfying. For dinner, we ordered à la carte, and a family of three was very content with a meal around 50 yuan. The hotel's overall atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxation. Overall, this hotel is a pretty good option in Yingxian.

The bathroom was also clean and free of stains. Attention to detail made for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Environment and Facilities: The room, located on the first floor, had excellent natural light and a well-designed layout. Soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained; the air conditioning, hot water, and bedding were all very comfortable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, and the front desk staff responded promptly, were warm and polite, and provided efficient check-in and check-out. Their attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and they paid great attention to every detail. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! Because it was winter, some breakfast items were served lukewarm. I hope this can be improved.

A mix feeling about this hotel. The room is clean, and the service is good. But the facility is in the condition below average; the shower head is leaking, the wall of bathroom was broken, the air conditioner needs specal attention, and the TV is smaller than other hotel we stayed in this trip, and the breakfast is not in line with others we stayed in. In general, it really needs a renovation.

The hotel is more than 20 kilometers away from Yingxian Wooden Pagoda. There are not many people living there, and there is a large parking lot in the yard, which is very safe. What I found through ** was the happiest and most comfortable experience during this trip. It’s such a tall hotel. It’s also the best five-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s super clean, the room is very big, the design is great, and the breakfast is great. I can’t even eat it! There are more than 100 varieties, and they are super exquisite, including strawberries in sugar water, steamed pork ribs, rice rolls, and shaved noodles. I am so impressed. You can also order freely on the second floor in the evening, which is cheap and delicious! I think we paid back half of the 500-plus room fee, haha😄, I really want to stay here again.
