This hotel, tucked away in a residential area, was a wonderful surprise. The room was much more spacious than I expected, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout, complete with a kitchen, tea room, living room, and dining area. A washing machine and refrigerator were also provided. Stepping into the room felt like coming home; it was incredibly welcoming. The restaurant was also quite unique, offering complimentary coffee and tea. It was very comfortable to sit down and enjoy a hot drink. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting me with a smile and responding promptly to any requests. Of all the hotels I stayed at during my 7-day trip, this was the most satisfying. With its comprehensive facilities and warm atmosphere, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Facilities: The hardware is pretty good, comparable to established five-star hotels. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: Quite quiet, with a view of the Wooden Pagoda. Higher floors offer expansive views. Service: The service is what truly deserves praise. I noticed they benchmark themselves against Pang Dong Lai (a popular supermarket known for excellent service) and Haidilao (a famous hot pot chain also renowned for its service), and I genuinely feel it's quite similar. Achieving this level of service in a county-level city is truly commendable. Keep up the good work!

This stay was extremely satisfactory, exceeding my expectations overall. Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean; the floor, table, and bedding were spotless and odorless. The bathroom was also clean and free of stains. Attention to detail made for a comfortable and reassuring stay. Environment and Facilities: The room, located on the first floor, had excellent natural light and a well-designed layout. Soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained; the air conditioning, hot water, and bedding were all very comfortable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service: I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, and the front desk staff responded promptly, were warm and polite, and provided efficient check-in and check-out. Their attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, excellent value for money, and they paid great attention to every detail. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! Because it was winter, some breakfast items were served lukewarm. I hope this can be improved.

The front desk is very good. When I checked in online in advance, I also helped to upgrade the superior room. The hotel service was very thoughtful. There were many free services. I also booked a drop-off service.

Drive back to Shanxi's hometown from Jiangxi, tired physically and mentally, lucky to choose this hotel. The lobby is clean and refreshing, the front desk check-in is efficient and intimate, the room has no smell, the cleaning is meticulous, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is relieved overnight. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is very convenient to use, and the location is convenient for food. When you go back to your hometown, you can live in a comfortable place. It is especially warm. It is preferred to go back to your hometown. It is sincerely recommended. Continue to book next time you return to your hometown.

The room and bed are very large, clean and sanitary, the room facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, parking is convenient, the breakfast variety is very rich, it is a good travel experience.

What I found through ** was the happiest and most comfortable experience during this trip. It’s such a tall hotel. It’s also the best five-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s super clean, the room is very big, the design is great, and the breakfast is great. I can’t even eat it! There are more than 100 varieties, and they are super exquisite, including strawberries in sugar water, steamed pork ribs, rice rolls, and shaved noodles. I am so impressed. You can also order freely on the second floor in the evening, which is cheap and delicious! I think we paid back half of the 500-plus room fee, haha😄, I really want to stay here again.

The hotel is not far from the entrance of the highway, there are many small restaurants and small supermarkets around, it is convenient to eat, the hotel room is quite big, the health is not bad; the service staff is warm. The room we stayed in was a few years old and the facilities were older.
