Although it is located in Chengguan District, which is the old city among Sanming people, it is full of fireworks and is very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. The Qingnian Intersection bus stop in front of the hotel has buses to everywhere. If you don't want to take a car and are still physically fit, you can go to the Sanming Comprehensive Market in Liedong in an hour's journey. As a newly renovated hotel, I didn’t worry about the smell before I checked in. The beds used in the hotel are soft, light and warm. There are two types of pillows, one is soft and the other should be buckwheat pillow. The smart toilet is for mysophobia. Good news, there is no need to flush the water manually, the bathroom has a very large amount of water, and the hot water supply is very stable 24 hours a day. The only drawback is that it is a bit small and there is no place to put toiletries.

"Sanming Hotel is indeed a five-star hotel. There were rooms available for check-in at 11 o'clock, 3 hours in advance. No one disturbed us when we were there. We were given welcome fruits and biscuits when we went out to play. The coffee, black tea and green tea in the mini bar in the room were delicious. The bathroom was also very clean. It was very cold outside in winter, but the whole building of the hotel was very warm. There was also heating in the room, but you had to turn it on yourself. The scenery in the hotel was very good. It was not too far from the river, nor too close. You could also see Qilin Mountain. There was a bus stop downstairs, not far from Liedong Hub Station, and there were many delicious foods on Liedong Street. The breakfast was very good, with freshly cooked noodles, flat meat, drinks, and four bottles of water a day. It was a very OK hotel."

GGuest UserA very nice B&B. It was converted from a private duplex villa. It was recently renovated, so it still has a little wooden feel. The equipment inside is also very good, and there are many small items given that are very practical. The attitude of the store and the waiter was very good. We were almost over for the buffet breakfast. I asked if I could bring it over to wait for my family to come down. The waiter said that it was okay, as long as it was not wasted👏👍. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the ancient city, a 5-minute walk away. There are many attractions in the ancient city, including Minzhu Street for dining, which are all very close to each other on foot.

The boss is very enthusiastic and provides breakfast in the morning. If you want to eat here at noon or evening, it is highly recommended. It is delicious and affordable, and the price is reasonable.

AAnonymous UserInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

GGuest UserThe room is bright and hygienic, and the scenery is picturesque from the window! There is a fish pond and a vegetable garden next to it, where you can eat the best farmhouse, especially the proprietress who cooks good dishes, the most good place for travel and vacation.
There is also close to the entrance of the scenic spot, it is very convenient to go to Jinlu Mountain, and will bring friends to play.

Disadvantages: The shower room is facing the window, and multiple partitions or curtains should be added to block it. The door of the room is too loud, and other guests close the door at night will still have an impact. The toilet is automatically flushed. If you are afraid of being disturbed by the sound of flushing at night, you can turn off the power. The downlight entering the door is inductive, not suitable, someone will light up at night, it is recommended to change to manual.

EEdwardOverall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it.
Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere.
Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.
