However, Yunduo S Hotel really stood out to me as offering comprehensive quality, much like a well-rounded product – it truly ticks all the boxes. Let's start with the service. The attention to detail was impeccable. Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and helpful information. While I wouldn't say I was 'moved' to tears, I was certainly very satisfied. I clearly recall there were some male guests checking in at the same time who were quite rude and complaining loudly. Yet, the front desk staff handled them with remarkable composure and politeness. Seeing this level of professionalism convinced me I had made the right choice in picking this hotel. As for cleanliness, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best, but it was excellent. The room was very spacious, and every room has a window, making them bright. I really liked the room layout – it wasn't strictly business-oriented, nor was it a themed room; I'd say it offered a very suitable blend of styles. Chatting with a staff member, I learned that the hotel has undergone many positive changes since the new manager arrived, especially in improving room quality and hygiene. Regarding the facilities and amenities, while they might not be luxury brands, they were of good quality and worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and the TV, wardrobe, and shower were all excellent and looked brand new. And speaking of security, I was surprised to see staff members in black uniforms walking around. I learned they were security patrols. This hotel takes security very seriously; I even took photos. Whether or not they were actively doing something, just seeing them made us guests feel much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good. It was a buffet with a wide variety of options, including bread, which I particularly enjoy. Finally, a word about their laundry service – it was excellent! They helped us wash and dry our clothes and then returned them to us. It was a complete, one-stop service, hahahaha! Seriously, this hotel is doing an amazing job in Puning!"
